I have come to this Culver's many times, and while the food is always great, I have to say the level of service is amazing. They always go above and beyond to make the customer feel valued! I will continue coming back! Picture is my personal favorite... Culver's Bacon Deluxe 🤤

Everything is always fresh. I would like it if they had more fruit flavors instead of so many chocolate flavors. Employees are usually very courteous and quick. It is always clean inside.

A lot of my fries were brown, not bright yellow like the pictures on the menu. And they were a bit salty. However, the person who took my order at the drive through was very nice.

I really like Culver's. But the last time I went there I got food poisoning. And was sick for 3 days. I hope this was a one-time thing. I am not placing blame on that store. It could be anywhere in the supply chain. The same could have happened to any place that serves food. I will go back but not soon.

The food tastes less saltier than the one at arlington heights. That said, the crew are less friendlier. Yesterday, an employee, kept commanding to 'move forward' in the parking spots rather than trying to just give the food bags when if he had just stuck to giving the food to the customers. The line of TWO(2) cars would have moved forward and not been in the way of the nonexistent line behind us. Really dumb customer service. There was no line, no reason to make a mention to 'move forward' by that employee. The 'line' would have moved forward by him just giving the food to the customers waiting. And there were no customers at the drive-up. They were already waiting in the spots to wait at. The food is still good.

This is one of my regular haunts for Sunday breakfast...The service is great and The food is pretty good too

Never been disappointed at Culvers till yesterday.. stopped after work to grab a burger and fries, paid at the drive up, pulled up to wait not even 2 minutes and they come out with my bag I said wow that's fast the guy says we aim to please ( great ( so I'm thinking as I pull away..I usually have to wait 5 minutes or so which is fine .but I open bag to munch on fries yep cold burger barely warm..if I'd have had time would have immediately took into the store...I expect hot food.not ( ready to serve) I can get cold fries from McDonald's...I will return as this is a favorite place for our family..but next time I will go inside and make sure it's cooked hot as ordered.. 😔

If I could eat at one place for the rest of my life, it'd be Culver's. Friendly and caring staff, delicious burgers, fries, curds, salads, etc. But best of all are their custard and concretes. Simply magical food from a magical place.

Had a quick stop for shakes and onion rings. Bright, clean place, friendly and fast service. And the food was delicious; perfect for the ride home after hiking in the woods!

In all my years of going to culvers ive never had such an AMAZING experience. UROS came from table to table to ask us how we all were doing and truly made this meal a good one with my family. Thank you Uros! You are amazing!

Had the 2 cod fillete with onion rings as a substitute. Very crispy fish, yummy tender fish, good amount of salt, lemon was a must!

Always great food Attentive waitstaff. Great menu choices, too.

Delicious hamburger, and outstanding cheese curds. Service was perfect
