So for appetizer we had the artichoke dip and fried mushrooms. The dip was excellent and the mushrooms were incredible. My main course was the shrimp and chicken gumbo. Being from Louisiana I was very biased and skeptical that the gumbo would be any good. I was pleasantly surprised. The gumbo came with a big heaping scoop of rice and it seemed to be the perfect amount for the juice that was in the bowl, so when mixed together it Blended so smoothly. Now why would anyone go to The Cheesecake Factory well that was for dessert.. cheesecake! The cheesecake I had was the lemon meringue it was excellent! My wife and mother-in-law had the tiramisu. Definitely no complaints across the board. The waitress was very good and Johnny on the spot. We only got Waters to drink and she kept our glasses completely full.

I went with a group of 7 others and we ordered a big variety of food. The waiter was very generous and if we asked for something to be hotter they did it. The food was amazing as always and thr seats were comfortable.

Had an a amazing meal at the cheesecake factory. The Mac and cheese cheeseburger was unbelievably good. Sliders had just the right amount crispy. The crispy chicken buffalo sandwich is the best I have had at any restaurant. Chicken quality was amazing, and just the right amount of Buffalo sauce. The fries were great and consistent across all orders

Server was incredibly rude and seemed like she didn't want to be working. Trying to rush us as we ordered. Forgot my daughters order and tried to blame it on the kitchen. Spinch artichoke dip tasted terrible. As if they simply warmed up something they bought in a store. Burger was allright once I removed the cold mass of unmelted shredded cheese. I don't understand how something so simple can be messed up. The manager eventually took over from our terrible waitress and somewhat salvaged the evening. Cheesecake was good. Overall it is outrageously expensive for mediocre food and service. No plans on coming back.

We celebrated mother's day here. Our waitress Reyna was very nice and helpful. We definitely enjoyed and plan to come back. We were back on Friday for dinner, we enjoyed the food and service!

Sat right away, ordered the brussel sprouts, they arrived before our drinks. They were very delicious highly recommend that app. I tried the bacon bacon burger my fiancee tried the pepperoni flatbread. Both were cooked very well and were tasty. Will definitely come back.

I recently became a fan for the restaurant menu!! Lol!! There are a wide variety of options that includes of all varieties of meat. The chicken quesadillas are one of the best! The quesadilla was crispy outside and flavored inside. I just loved it! The chicken fettuccine pasta was excellent! Their service was excellent too! We went during the weekend and this place was super crowded. Better make reservations to avoid long wait times.

Reservations- they take reservations. But they have only 5min leeway and they do not change the time for you. Then we had to stand in line for 15 min Food- good- i lobe their salad. I always thought they make things fresh but server told that everything is pre made, and they cannot make changes in the appetizer. Entrée and salads can be modified. Ambiance- very nice and clean. Good spacing between tables.

It was very cozy food was great, my husband and I shared 1 plate. We were stuffed we did get the cheese cake and man it's so worth it. The only thing I will say it was a bit too dark for my taste. But I think it's preference on each person

This is my friends favorite place for her birthday celebration. The service is always great, Becca took great care of us, as did the bar staff. You do need to go online if you want to make a reservation, but it's not a big deal. The menu is big, but once you find a few favorites, you should be fine. The minute you come in, the front-end staff is fast to welcome you, which is always a nice way to start your experience. I've never had a bad time here.

The food was lovely, fresh and flavorful. Ordered two of the Spicy Chicken Chipotle Pasta and Turtle Cheesecake. Loved them both! As for the waitress, she was rather horrible. She messed up the orders and was unprofessional.

Proof of vaccination to start. Great, cozy atmosphere. Warm booths. Francis, our server, was AMAZING. She recommended spinach dip appetiser...AWESOME. Bread n butter spot on,,,soft and tasty. Diane medallion and Salmon was great too.

Although it was a crowded mall, on Sunday afternoon, to have a table for six, took only three minutes.! Details: architectural details and decoration makes this place a nice place to be. The menu, well, an eclectic selection of good plates and deserts, the bar is also well stocked. Opportunities?, yes. However staff and managers are always friendly and overseeing the operation. Good stuff, definitely..!

We had reservations, and we were seated on time. Our server was very friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was great. The food was only okay, but we had a nice time.

We stopped in for lunch while visiting the mall. The menu is ginormous. I did enjoy the chicken avocado club sandwich. We tried the basque cheesecake. It was delicious.

Feel like I'm pretty easy to impress but this one wasn't as exciting as I thought it would be. For the good - the frozen peach smoothie we got was delicious. The mac and cheese bites were also really good. The buffalo blasters were okay but overly salted. The Fried Chicken Benedict I got was bad. That being said the potatoes it came with were really good.

Been at Cheese Cake Factory for over 20 years at all around various locations in the U.S. and yet to leave a review today :) Never get dissatisfied or disappointed at any of my visits - been there for business meals, birthday parties to friends and family meals; and all went perfect. Only difference at my last visit last week that I discovered they used to offer Halal chicken at this Schamburg location as the manager is Muslim - I found that out after I asked our server if they carry any Halal options. This is now my customary ask at almost all restaurants. As a Muslim, I’m seeking for Halal options everywhere I go and as I customer I want to leave that note at that restaurant- one note at a time and eventually things happen as it did here - customers like me asked about this option and the manager had it available- great 👍 but they had to take it down because of halal certificate issues which they’re working on now - the manager was a great person, kind, professional and attentive to all customers needs. For food wise, all were good what got that night. Dropped pics here.

Rachel is our server, fantastic service, thank you Rachel. The Polish women, Bleca, was awesome to talk to, I was so pleased that she shared her story with us, truly an amazing story and a wonderful person.

The food was horrible I had to switch it out for the chicken Marsala. It was nice they gave me a complimentary soup. However, I was full so I took the food to go. I walked away when I got up got 1 min and they threw my food away!! So then I had to order another one and they said it's gonna be another 15 min. That's fine .. however the lady I had.. she was in such a rush .. every time I wanted to say something she didn't take the time to listen whatsoever. I understand she's hard of hearing but to not even listen to the customer when I try to say or ask for something is incredibly rude! I couldn't even get a word in or she wouldn't listen to a word I was saying just kept running off and getting cut off by every single thing. Then when I asked her where my food was she snapped at me. Needless to say I will not be visiting Angela or cheesecake for awhile. However, I do appreciate them replacing my food that was thrown out in 60 seconds. Don't ask for Angela.. terrible service unless you wanna be treated like a revolving door.

Delicious food! I suggest getting a reservation on a weekend night or you may have a bit of a wait. We got there around 7:30 and waited around 20 minutes on a Sunday night so the wait wasn’t terrible. The service was a little slow. It is also pretty pricey too. Lots of food to choose from. Pasta, steak, sandwiches, pizza, etc…I highly recommend the Mac n cheese burger (I got mine done medium). It was done to perfection and tasted great! The sweet potato fries were delicious as well. Cesar salad is yummy as well as the flatbread pizza. Bread and butter is included with dinner. Strawberry lemonade was delicious as well. I asked the server what kind of cheesecake he recommended as there are so many to choose from. He told me he wasn’t a huge fan of cheesecake but loved the banana cream cheesecake and it was the best cheesecake I’ve ever had! It had sliced bananas on top with whipped cream. The chocolate mousse cheesecake was also yummy.

Cool place, tons of seating and good food options. The best part is they have a "skinnylicious" menu which is lower calorie, usually under 600 calories for the meal! Really loved this and ordered a turkey burger off of it. I wouldn't suggest the turkey burger but they have several other options and my sister got the steak off that menu and it was delish.

Great service and food. Atmosphere is good, but a bit noisy. All our lunch dishes were tasty - see pics. Of course the cheese cake was very good. Only one issue was the coffee served with the cheesecake was cold and bitter, but they gave us a new cup.

It's like most other Cheesecake Factory's. Food is good, and there's lots of it, service was fine. Nothing bad, except the mushrooms I asked to not be in the dish I ordered.

Service was excellent, fresh food and tons of options to choose from, big portions and great drinks, the restaurant is huge,, you have to try the cheesecake.. also avocados rolls are amazing

Taste was good even though quantity is less. Street corn makes top among all the dishes that we ordered. We ordered pasta but it was not cooked well, they took it back and brought the same uncooked Pasta. Remaining all okay.

First time there and it was really good, but without reservation you will wait really long time for the table during the weekend. I had bacon-bacon cheeseburger and some pasta with chicken. Plates are really big for a really good price. You have a choice from "skinny menu" - healthier meals. Really nice place with a really huge choice from the menu. Place was clean, nice, cozy. I will be back 100%. Thank you so much
