A BIG NO TO THIS CLINIC 🙏 Really lazy and pathetic staff. I don’t recommend new patients booking appointments at this clinic. Almost took 2hours to provide RT-PCR results. One hour wait time to call us inside the patient room (post appointment scheduled) and another hour to provide us the test results. If you have whole day with no other activities then go for this clinic. Otherwise choose a amicable hospital who cares their patients respect and time. We walked out of the clinic without getting those test results. This clinic heads should train their staff properly and in a hygiene and clean environment. One of the nurse was talking on phone while taking the blood sample and the other nurse was writing on a piece of paper of patients symptoms. God knows why don’t they use a system to note the patient symptoms. Hope they train their staff properly who knows how to treat patients. Thank goodness we haven’t met the doctor yet 👎🏻 This is solely my review of what I have faced in the clinic.

I was in search for a new physician and after looking at all the available amenities, I reached out to Suburban Medical Center and made an appointment. Dr. Ritesh Patel is an amazing physician who is very knowledgeable and compassionate towards his patients. The staff was just as kind and easy to work with, making the process very smooth. I have referred many of my friends and family members since then. 10/10 would recommend this clinic.

I recently moved to Chicago land area and was looking for a good family doctor. I must say that I was lucky to have meet Dr. Ritesh Patel. He is very knowledgeable, professional, always available and most importantly he is very friendly towards his patients. Thank you Dr. Ritesh for your noble work.

Horrible services. Doctor Ritesh Patel did not even come into the room. He “diagnosed” me in front of the whole office staff while taking my blood. When I requested him in the room as I had other concerns it felt forced. The doctor took my blood hasn’t replied on the online portal to my messages about my prescription and no one has informed me of my blood results. Horrible horrible. Would not recommend. He was too busy focusing on getting as much people in rather than tending his current patient. Still never got my blood results and my calls were not answered.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by multiple people in the front desk. Although I didn’t have an appointment, they were nice to work around that and got me in very quickly. I give it a 5 star simply because of the efficiency and caring quality that facility has. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need.

The services that I receive from Suburban Medical Center is excellent. Dr.Ritesh Patel and the staff are very helpful and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to family and friends.

I love Dr Ritesh he takes care of entire famy aince last 12 years he always take care of us. During covid time he helped us so much my entire family was infected he gave medicine right away and made us well. He also has laboratory and xray so that was very useful. I have known Dr. Patel for many years now and he is my physician. He is excellent at diagnosis, is very diligent and doesn’t miss anything, approaches treatment carefully, and he treats patients with respect and kindness. I would gladly recommend him to anybody who’s looking for a great physician.

I was new to this area and have been looking for a provider, not just a provider, the best in the area. I came across Suburban Medical Center so I decided to give it a chance, mind you I am very picky about my healthcare provider. So it checked out, my doctor is doctor R. Patel...not only the staff is friendly and nice, they welcome you like you're a family member. Not to mentioned Dr. Patel is the best, down to earth nicest with a sense of humor, he listen, care and understand your concern. And that's the kind of doctor I love to have and to be able to talk to about any health issues that I have.

Dr. Ritesh Patel is one of the best physicians. I went to him for my annual physical and he is kind, compassionate, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The staff is very efficient and welcoming. He truely care about his patients and thinks of them as family. Couldn’t recommend him more.

He’s a very good doctor. He helped me a lot. I would recommend him as doc. Front desk is amazing staff and the Medical assistant are kind and supportive as well.

Ritesh patel was extremely rude and doesn't even have the patience to listen properly. Pushed me to make an extra appointment when it wasn't even needed. He really thinks highly to himself and pushed his opinion without even listening to me. It's best to avoid such a physician who only cares to make extra money without even listening.

“I was very pleased with my experience at Subarban wellness Center . I can be a hard critic of emergency care places and the people employed by them. Combine that attitude with an innate crankiness when I’m not feeling at all well and the result can be much less than pleasant. This time (My first time at Doctors Care) was a world away from previous experiences elsewhere. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. When I say the doctor and all the other employees of the Dorchester Doctors Care made me feel that I was in safe hands and even made me smile when I left, then you can believe they are the best.

Dr Ritesh Patel did a great job with my first ever health exam. He explained everything to me in very clear manner. All of the staff was great -they were helpful. Highly recommend.

I loved ritesh, i considered him a friend. I ran into him at a local bar and he punched me in the injury he was treating me for, over a staff member he fired and blamed me for because she was yelling at me after my physical therapy and blocked me from leaving. I continued to see him reguardless and he just seemed to screw me over every time i went to see him just to get a forum signed to donate plasma. To top it off he tied together my freedom from my heritage and family issues from generations by screwing me over when i was trying to become a cop. Worst time of my entire life, and he lied and denied he ever did anything to me at the bar out of fear of losing his job. Just thinking about it gave me a memory problem to solving my issues and even remembering medical treatment i recieved including neurology.
