I
found
the
zebu
dish
to
be
quite
bland,
and
I
could
have
easily
seasoned
it
better
myself.
The
mashed
potatoes
were
a
tad
hard
and
served
cold,
which
was
disappointing.
To
add
to
the
confusion,
the
meat
was
initially
brought
out
rare,
despite
my
request
for
medium
well.
While
they
promptly
fixed
it,
it
was
still
a
letdown
to
start
my
meal
that
way.
I
also
ordered
shrimp
tempura,
which
was
another
disappointment.
It
was
not
the
tempura
I’m
accustomed
to,
and
if
you’re
expecting
authentic
Japanese
tempura,
you
will
likely
be
disappointed.
The
sauce
that
accompanied
the
shrimp
didn’t
enhance
the
dish
either,
leaving
me
wanting
more.
I
decided
to
order
Jack
Daniel’s
to
unwind,
but
the
serving
was
shockingly
minimal—just
a
few
drips.
For
the
price,
it
certainly
didn’t
feel
worth
it.
On
a
positive
note,
the
crème
brûlée
was
the
standout
of
the
evening.
It
was
downright
delicious—rich,
creamy,
and
perfectly
caramelized.
My
husband
ordered
a
different
meal
and
commented
that
his
dish
was
good,
which
provided
a
slight
silver
lining
to
my
experience.
