Today,it was Independence day in Ukraine and my experience today in old dog pub was quite awful. We had ordered three beers and "big Fri". To begin with we waited for our beers about 25 minutes. Just for a beer. And when we received it we got it in a plastic cups in a quite expensive pub " expensive is based on prices around the city". We felt kind of like we were in some cheap "nalyvaika". To add on we had few flies that were sitting on our cups rims"as shown in pictures". Also it was very hot and humid to sit inside of pub making it unpleasant experience. To sum it all up we waited for our 2 positions in menu for 1 hour and 40 minutes which should' ve took them to make,15-20 minutes and we had no warnings about time while being seated or doing order. At first they told us we need to wait 15 minutes more ,20 minutes later they told us we need to wait 20 minutes extra but we didn't agree to wait. We wanted a refund for our order and but we didn't receive it. Big disappointment,never would recommend this place to anybody.
