The staff are nice, very helpful and the room was excellent. However, the wifi never worked in the room and on Sunday (20.08.2017) afternoon the lady from the reception was quite rude saying she didn't understood English and didn't try to solve the query I was asking. She didn't really care about it. In my point of view she could have asked to some other staff to try to translate it or made any small effort to understand what we were requesting. There was a young gentleman receiving people at the door and he did a nice job sorting our issue. Despite of that, our experience was good.

Nice hotel. Thematic rooms, tasty breakfast, friendly personnel. The room is clean and cozy, with table and enough quantity of socket outlets (to charge a laptop, phone etc.). General interior is nice and interesting. About disadvantages, the main one, as for me, it is an absence of the elevator, you need to go on stairs up and down (the reception is on the third floor and my room on the fifth floor). That's why for people who have problems with going by stairs, it is not the best variant. But in general, my impression about this hotel is good. I would like to stay here for the next time.
