カツ丼とタンメンをいただきました。
カツ丼しょっぱい…ただただしょっぱい。
カツが硬くて小さい。ころもが妙に均等。
業務スーパーの冷凍カツみたい(買ったことないけど…)
タンメンは薄口というか、具材そのものの味が消えてる。
麺は博多麺と生麺の中間みたいな不思議な麺。
最初にひとくち食べた時、芯が硬くて食べてる途中でちょうど良くなった。
私の口には合いませんでしたが感じの良い従業員さんと狭い店内をどんどん回転する良い客層が居着いていてレトロで狭い店内でも居心地の悪さは感じず。
一定数以上のファンがいる愛されたお店なんだと感じました。
ただ、決してグルメではないのですがやっぱり料理が私にはしょっぱかったり味気がなかったりで残念でした。
低評価にはなりましたが嫌いなお店ではありません。
