この近くを歩いてて発見。割烹でラーメンなんて珍しいな~と思って行ってみました!
塩ラーメンめちゃスープが美味しかった…!チャーシューもめちゃ美味だったので、次回は追加するぞ。
強いて言うなら、麺がちょっと茹ですぎかなと思いましたが(食べた瞬間やわっこい…と思った)好みもあるかも。
ランチタイムは結構タイミングで混むかんじ。そうなると調理が店主さん一人で大忙し、奥さん?も注文とりと配膳と会計と……と忙しそうだし、何かとてんやわんやして大声であれこれ話してるのがオープンキッチンなので客側に丸聞こえなのが、多分口コミで言われてる原因なんだろなぁ……とカウンター席で感じました。
昔気質?というか、職人さん的な……
お客さんに対して横柄?とは感じませんでした。少なくとも私は、とくに居心地悪いとまでは感じなかったです。
ラーメンよりうなぎ食べて欲しい、冷凍じゃないしうまい自信ある、という熱を店主さんの口ぶりから感じたので、二度目の訪問ではランチのうな丼セット食べました。30分待ちは仕方ないよね、ほんとに蒸したうなぎをちゃんと焼いて……ってやってる一部始終を見れて面白かったしいい匂いでお腹はめちゃ空いた(´;ω;`)
そして!来たうなぎは!!めちゃ美味しかったーーー!!
熱々で香ばしくてふわふわで!1600円で「おいしい」「焼きたて」ふわじゅわ鰻丼食べられるのとか、東京だとまず滅多なことじゃなかったので、テンション爆上げでした。量もぺろっと食べられたし茶碗蒸しおいしかった。満足しました。なるほど、これはラーメンより食べてほしいだろうし、おすすめしたくなるよね店主さん……
こうなると鰻重3000円↑も食べたくなるけど、一人ランチでは贅沢すぎるよな………と、背後でリーマン三名が全員鰻重食べているのを羨ましく思いつつ、近場にラーメンと鰻の両方食べられて手ごろで美味しい店が……あってよかった……と感謝です😊😊😊
