This was really a nice resort to visit. Its good for families and group of friends. The whole place looks so nice with large pools, fun slides and hot spa as well. The prices are fairly affordable as well. I love this place and I highly recommended

A nice indoor heated Pool, I was expecting more from this place as rides & more events, Inside everything is paid, for rides you need to pay extra, better to get unlimited Rides, Food is quite expensive, but you don't have any option. Ride are ok ok, not so interesting and fun. But decent job for little fun. Timing is from 10am, try to reach that time. Life guards are doing the job well.

I went there with high expectations. Friends and family told me how fun it is. But I must say it wasn’t worth the money! Way to expensive!!! Better go to Disneyland( it’s only a couple thousand yen more ). 3xxx¥ to get in and another 3xxx¥ for the slide ticket. Also all the restaurants were closed except one. And it wasn’t yummy. It tasted like cheap frozen food. Very bad. The show in the evening was ok.

I attended the night performance with my girlfriend on the 6th of November. During the Samoan fire dance I yelled CHEEHOOO which is a common cheer during dance performances in Polynesian culture. The fire dancer responded with a CHEEHOOO of his own. Immediately the staff came to my seat and told me to stop screaming, I was surprised. Hawaiians is a resort that celebrates Polynesian culture and yet when I expressed my culture as a Polynesian I was told not to. It's understandable that yelling isn't appropriate for a performance but in Polynesian culture yelling CHEEHOOO is an expression to celebrate and excite. I believed that it could also be a rare experience for the audience as well, but it wasn't as expected... I asked myself, is Spa Resort Hawaiians a genuine appreciation of my culture? Or is it an appropriation of it? I believe that staff should be educated about this for future visitors with Polynesian background.

Plenty of places to get wet inside as well as the amount or food selections. Souvenir shops almost in every corner. Great staff, always there to help! Very clean and well kept. Very easy access to all locations. Came with a charter bus so didn’t have to park but there is paid parking available. Having a Rostand made it convenient so I could get on all the rides. Locker storage is all over and is ¥200. The locker rooms were sufficient

Quite busy despite COVID outbreak. Quite fun for kids. Big aloha was a terrible experience, not only you have to pay but huge queues for a few seconds of pure torture. You can't see outside, water splash on your face and the worst, temperature inside is extremely hot and you can barely breath!!!!

Very expensive. Entry fee is about 3000 yens. But you can't ride on any of the water slides with this. You have to pay extra 3500 yens to ride on slides . Even the floaties cost extra 600 yens. Slides are good ...but definitely over priced.

2nd time here. Good time with family and friends. Kids love it. Lots of pools/bath/slides. But the place is falling apart. If you stay in hotel, place is too big and every thing is far (be ready to walk a lot). And the rooms (again fine for 1 nights with friends) are far from 3 stars. Also the Hawaiian theme is over advertised. Not much to compare with Hawaii, especially the food (all your standard Hamburg and fried potatoes ), except a bunch of Hawaii pictures in the hallways, and automatic gate repeating “aloha” in a robotic voice. But again, kids love it, so …:-)

We had alot of fun here, there's not much things for a young children,, most of the attractions are from 8 or 9 years old cause of the height limit to do the slides,,, but we still did enjoyed, it's very crowded

I will start with the positive feedback. The staff were so friendly, despite my lack of Japanese communication skills. We still managed to make it work. I can tell this place is super popular with the locals, and it is even featured in anime and manga. The free shuttle that bring you to Yumoto station was also greatly appreciated. The food was also not bad, but it was the same each night. The outdoor onsen was a magical experience though! The space outside the resort overlooks an almost tropicalk forest, and had a mystic feel to it. The bad..... The pool was very underwhelming, and everything in the resort basically had fees. It is much more geared for children. The rooms were okay, but there were no showers or baths (which we expected), but all the public baths had a bunch of screaming naked toddlers, so it was hard to relax. Our room's bathroom fan was not functional, so using the washroom for 4 people was very unpleasant. Overall, it was a great experience, but experiencing it once was probably sufficient.

First watch the movies of Hula girl フラガール。We went to the Monolith tower hotel and Hawaiians spa resort and to the museum. The room was large and so comfortable with an excellent view and light at the morning. The buffet restaurant is huge with high quality ingredients and top hygiene. You can eat from Japanese to American food. Good drinks are available. The main bath is full of game bathe with current, toboggans, showers, toilets, lockers, rest rooms, fast and not fasts restaurants, photos shops and full of shops with original products. The outside spa is nice and the outdoor Japanese onsen is huge and wonderful, beautiful and quiet. The museum explains unique stories. Add the aquamarine Fukushima center and the 3 days are gone. Enjoy the 2 spectacular dance shows. Nice and professional, 45 minutes. The bus service is well organized with short seats for long legs as me… once back home, you will be different and well rested. Enjoy all this at normal price, even if expensive for small budgets.

Always excited to visit when I’m back in Fukushima! 🌺 It seems like they are continuing to update the resort, and are making a concerted effort to remain an attractive day trip destination. There’s definitely room for improvement and some areas appear like they could use some tending to, but generally I am happy with the experience I have here. I highly recommend checking out the outdoor bath (露天風呂)🫧🐵

Me and my family had a great time. The hot baths and the pools were fun. The food was great. The staffs were very attentive. The place with nice and clean. It was a bit crowded due to weekend. Felt like a mini Hawaiian vacation without having to fly. 😀

Excellent escape from the city for a day especially for families. Very close to the highway interchange, no traffic. Went in Monday, it was really quiet. Discount tickets available at convenient stores! All the pools & baths are onsen hot spring water!

The dinner spread is decent, breakfast could be better. The rooms seem old and rundown, and cheap for the price.

We went there to watch the Hawaiian dance ,it was nice and entertaining, not too much crowded because of the virus scare.the dancers were lovely and dances gracefully. Bought some souvenirs too, their are a lot of choices to choose from.

The kids loved it! Wow I payed more money than I wanted too. Fee to enter the water park, and then another fee to ride the slides. The hula dancing was fun. The park is classic Japan. The water park was is top shape 40 years ago. The new out side addition I can not speak about but it looked cool. We did not stay in one of their hotels. Just a day visit.

I am a water park enthusiast and I have been to some of the best in the world. This was my first water park in Japan. This water park is nothing special. Anyone giving this place anything above 3 stars has not experienced a true water park before. This place needs some renovation. It is a very aged building and there was a lot of rust close by. On the stairs, the hand rail, and other places. This water park is also very disorganized. They have different closing times for different pools in the park instead of just having one time. Honestly, everything should be open until at least 8 pm since the park closes at 10 pm. First water park I have been to that does NOT have a wave pool. They have one giant indoor pool which doesn't have much to it. Other pools are outside, indoor/outdoor onsen style pools, a pool for children. The "lazy river" is the worst lazy river I have ever seen. It is very short and goes in one small oval track. Most lazy rivers go around the entire park. Now for the slides. The indoor slides close to the main indoor pool are very slow and not exciting. Also, they take a very long time to allow people to go down the slide. I understand safety precautions, but similar slides around the world never take as long as this water park does. The two slides that require floats are very fun though! The best thing about this place is Big Aloha, two very tall slides that not only last long, but are very fast. I will say that the two Big Aloha slides are some of the BEST slides I have ever been on. This water park is very busy, so getting the unlimited waterslide pass isn't really worth it because you will be waiting a long time during the day. As it gets later, the line goes much faster though. The price for this place is steep and it really should be cheaper. They are charging too much money for a very limited water park. They should at least include rental gear for free, or unlimited water slide rides at no cost. The show at the end of the night is very good also!

4-5 rides, pool for kids, restaurants, dance and entertainment shows and onsen. A complete fun package.

Pretty great day of fun - the river ride is fantastic as the throughput allows you to basically ride it all day. The big slide was under repair but after looking at how long it was from the outside… we all basically assumed the line for that would take hours. Of all the indoor water parks we have been to in Japan, this one is definitely the best… but it is certainly aging and beginning to show it. I was amazed to learn it has been in operation so long. Didn’t catch the show but as I lived in Hawaii for a while that wasn’t really appealing to me. Decent food selection/options but was amazed the pizza place didn’t have a Hawaiian option? In all, as a water park/day of fun it was great… a bit pricey though given that admission and slides are two separate charges.

Fun place but rather chilly in the winter. The hot spring is located in a bit of a walking space. Must plan well for taking the towels and clothes around. Kids friendly but might be disappointing for babies.

if you want to feel a hawaiian vibes in Japan, this is the place. It is a Very nice indoor pool with big slides, tide pool, one big pool, hot spring. Entrance fee is 3750yen and have tk buy tickets seperatly for slides. Can enjoy Hawaiian foods inside the pool area without coming to change etc. Can see various Hawaiian dance shows, ca dress up in hawaiian dress and take pictures. Can have Hawaiian itemsfor souveniours etc. There are several hotels inside and they seem bit overpriced. You can find Beautiful hotels near beach with awesone views.
