西館に宿泊しました。大浴場が西館/本館両方にあり気持ちよく利用させて頂きました。部屋も小綺麗で泊まるには充分満足。何よりホテルに家のカギと○コムのタグキーを落とすという失態をして凹んでいましたが、無事拾って頂いた上に、即日宅配便で送っていただけました。しかも対応頂いたスタッフの方に着払いでとお願いしていたのですが、なんと元払いで届くという神対応！次回いわきに行く際は「ルートインいわき泉駅前」一択です。ありがとうございました　m(_ _)m
