目の前に堤防と海が広がる民宿で家内と1泊しました。
家内があんこう鍋を食べたいと言って予約し、料理に期待して伺ったのですが、期待を完全に上回ってくれました!
まず、あん肝、ツブ貝などの先付けが四品、どれも美味しかったです。
次はお刺身のボリューミーな盛り合わせと脂ののったナメタガレイの煮付け、どちらも美味しかったのですが、とりわけナメタガレイのトロッとした食感と絶妙な味付け、これまで食べた「煮魚」の中で最高の一品でした。
そして、追い打ちをかけるあんこう鍋、思わず途中でギブアップしてしまいましたが、翌朝、雑炊にしていただき完食しました。
また、民宿なので華美なことはないですが、館内は概して綺麗ですし、お風呂の泉質が私が好きな硫黄系で4回も入りました。
海に臨むベランダにはイスが置いてあるので、今度はビールを片手に夏の海風を楽しみたいと思います。
