ナショナルトレーニングセンターだが、スポーツ関係者以外の宿泊もでき、施設も改装されていてゆったり広々したつくりなのでリゾートホテルのようだ。
宿泊棟もノースウイングやサウスウイングと別れており、今回はアネックスに泊まったが、モダンな室内で上級ビジネスホテルといった感じ。
今回は出張での利用だが、お部屋のデスクもしっかりしているので仕事のしやすさも文句ない。
館内着も上下セパレートで過ごしやすいが、下はハーフパンツなので冬場は少し寒く感じる。
大浴場が8階にあり、大きなお風呂に夜通し入れるのはとても良いが、サウナや水風呂は無し。露天風呂と言ってよいかは微妙だが天井がある窓だけない外風呂はある。
朝食は和定食たが、品数、味付け、サービスともに満足できる内容で大変良かった。
総じて、ホテル機能として満足できる内容でまたリピートしたい宿だ。
