仕事で当地を訪れた際にランチ利用。味噌チャーシューメンを食す。930円也。お店の裏に駐車場完備。カウンターはなく、小上がりに8人くらいのテーブルが2卓と2人用テーブル席が6つくらい。
で、味噌らーめんは結構しっかりした味噌味でベースは動物系主体なんでしょう。味の奥行、深みしっかりですごく美味しい！札幌味噌とは違い、ベーススープに味噌を合わせているんだと思います。
合わせる麺は中太の縮れ麺でスープの絡みはすこぶる良く、食感、茹で加減もいい、すごく美味しい麺。具材は割と大きいバラロールチャーシュー４枚に刻み長ネギが沢山に肉そぼろ。
味噌らーめんとしてはすごくまとまっていて、完成度の高い美味しいらーめんでした。
中々再訪のチャンスは無いですが、近隣に訪れる事があれば、必ず再訪したいお店でした。

再び、仕事で当地を訪れる機会があり再訪。土曜日、開店直後、11時15分くらいの訪問で前客2組。
この日は贅沢味噌ラーメンを食す。980円也。
贅沢は、チャーシュー増し、味玉、白髪ネギがプラスのよう。ベースの味は味噌ラーメンと同様。
地元密着な感じで、応対も良く、味も良く、すこぶる良いお店。
限定で鶏白湯なんかもあるみたい。前回訪問時、辛辛味噌と言うのをオーダーしているお客さんが多かったように思う。次回、訪れるチャンスがあればソレを行ってみよう！と思います。
