This is a great spa, but two things : if you have kids, there is no way you can bring them along to wait in the lobby or anything of the sort and there is no childcare nearby. This policy makes things difficult for some. Another recent issue is booking an appointment. They used to take bookings via Google. Now...they, like most ( retarded ) businesses, seem to think people will download an app for every place they visit. No. We won't. And we certainly won't if we can NOT find it in the app stores !!!!????? And booking through WhatsApp is a disaster that doesn't lead to anything but stresses. No real follow through either so if you need to cancel , trying to rebook is a foreign concept. Great spa that needs better management

I don’t normally leave reviews but this place is amazing Excellent massage from Debra . Nicole in reception was very nice spoke excellent English . Called a taxi for me and then waited for him to make sure he got there. definitely going back
