Никому не рекомендую семейного врача Калиновича. Заключила декларацию и 10 раз пожалела. Я и моя семья будем разрывать с ним декларацию. При подтверждении ковид и плохом самочувствии перезванивает пациенту 2 дня, а то и не перезванивает вообще. Здоровьем и самочувствием пациента не интересуется, обьясняя это тем, что у него слишком много звонков. После выписки из инфекционной больницы на приеме не выписал никакого назначения. Считаю, что для частной клиники иметь в штате человека с таким "призванием", компетенциями и отношением к пациентам просто стыдно. Прием вовремя не начинает, хотя запись за неделю и первая в очереди.

ПолЖенскийСообщений674Репутация79 делали ФГС с медсном в Святой Екатерине, никому не посоветуюю!!!!!!!!! озвучили сначала за все с анализами 2, после процедуры ручкой еще тысячу дописали, типа не хотите - будет без биопсии, заплатили 3100 во время процедуры что-то занесли, так как опухли лимфоузлы, посинели десна , что-то похожее на стоматит, отходили 2 недели после процедуры ничего никто не сказал и не выдал, через неделю позвонили прийдите за результатами, у вас там полип, можем записать к хирургу на удаление - отказались, сказали пойдем к своему врачу на руки выдали нечто, КСЕРОКС С ИНТЕРНЕТА с нарисованным ручкой полипом, после консультации у других врачей нам даже сказали, что фото не нашего желудка, а просто общее, с чьей-то язвой, попросили поехать к ним и попросить диск с видео, чтоб понимать, есть там тот полип или нет или хотя бы фото каждого прохода - на что ответили, что такое не делают, деньги выброшены, время и нервы потрачено, результата меньше, чем просто нет хеликобактер сделали моментальный тест, он не дает 100% результата, пересдавали, биопсию должны были провести развернутую, по факту ни одному врачу (а мы к 3 ходили на консультацию) такая диагностика не подошла P.S. Вследствии жалоб нам позвонил с клиники с извинениями замдиректора, предложил переделать у них бесплатно. Мы неделю взвешивали за и против, после чего поехали к ним, где они посмотрев свои же результаты, признали ошибку и снова предложили повторить процедуру, но мы отказались, осадок остался надолго. Там же таки решили, что, как минимум, возмещение оплаченной за нечитаемую диагностику суммы - это минимальное, что онит обязаны сделать, приняли заявление - сказали, нужно время на рассмотрение, сделали ксерокс того, что они нам выдали и попросили квитанцию обязательно, и как назло, мы ее сохранили))))) в итоге спустя почти месяц звоним спрашиваем результат - мы ничего возместить не модем и письменный ответ давать будем, напишем повторно и через курьерскую доставку уже , Так как нам отказались даже отметку ставить в получении заявления, и пойдем в суд, уже дело принципа

Услугами клиники пользуемся давно всей семьёй, была заключена декларация с семейным врачом Савельевой Алиной Валерьевной.Прекрасный врач,всегда внимательна при осмотре и назначила хорошее лечение.Но после её ухода с клиники начался полный треш.Нам предложили заключить декларацию с врачом Калинович А.Я., и так как был успешный опыт сотрудничества с Совельевой согласились всей семьёй подписать декларацию с Калиновичем.Пожалели, что так сделали 100 раз.Сегодня в первый раз необходимо было обратиться к врачу на приём.И тут началось самое интересное.Повод обращения был следующий: недели две назад я перенесла простуду но так как самочувствие было более менее терпимое в больницу не обращалась,при сдаче теста на наличие антител к короновирус результат показал в наличие более 2000 тысяч,то есть я им либо переболела или болею сейчас.Врачом не был проведён осмотр, не проверил температуру,сатурацию, не послушал лёгкие ничего.Я спросила могу ли я на основание анализа получить справку о том,что переболела на ковид, врач сказал это у Вас высокий иммунитет делайте прививку.Вопрос а если я сейчас болею почему не был проведён осмотр? Назначены дополнительные анализы?время в кабинете врача заняло 5 минут.После сегодняшнего визита приняли решение переходить в другую клинику, так как в первый раз встречаюсь с такой халатностью.

Сегодня утром, после операции , умер мой тесть. Хотя врачи перед операцией утверждали что все будет в порядке, хоть операция и сложная. Еслиесть сомнения в своих силах - не беритесь оперировать!!! Деньги за операцию затребовали до ее выполнения. Сегодня медперсонал прочувствовал последствия... (вызвали даже охрану с автоматами от двух женщин)но человека не вернуть. Врачи не были готовы к возможным последствиям операции. Не платите деньги наперед , и если хотите жить - лечитесь в другом месте.

Заявку подтвердили и попросили ожидать звонка. Уточнила, перезвонят ли мне сегодня, на что получила ответ -"да, конечно, сегодня". В итоге, со мной никто так и не связался. Потеряла время, нервы и деньги. Написала заявление с просьбой вернуть средства, т.к. услуга так и не была предоставлена, - с 8 февраля до сих пор не вернули деньги.

After three days, they began to say that they needed to keep him for another 10-14 days to see the dynamics (as of today, the man has ALREADY been brain dead for several days and is in an induced coma). We explained the situation that we could not afford such amounts and wanted to transfer him to a public hospital. Hospital staff began to refuse to transfer to another hospital, citing the fact that there was no room anywhere. After that, we asked them to write a statement refusing to pay for the following days (we paid for the first three days, as agreed), to which they said that they would neither sign nor accept any statement. At the moment, my stepfather is still in a coma, the staff does not want to communicate with our family, they do not report his condition, they said that they will transfer him to another clinic and specifically will not tell us where he is, because “you abandoned him”!! We did NOT (!!) refuse either him or his further treatment, but simply ask to transfer him to a state institution, where he will still lie in a coma, but not for 17,000 UAH. As a result, today they started calling our friends (!!!) asking them to come to the hospital to “talk”!!
