I had a lousy experience. I went by making an appointment as a private insurance patient. While making an appointment, I started to feel the difference of being a privately insured patient. The clerk at the reception revealed the careless behavior of the insured patients and the sloppy appointments shown to the insured patients. My appointment was at 11:00 and I went to my appointment half an hour ago. It was 11.36 and I asked why I was kept waiting? I was told that the doctor was busy. So I asked why did you make an appointment at this hour? I got a response from the receptionist that I didn't want an appointment to be made anyway. In the meantime, I talked to another officer and he said he was going to see the doctor. At 11.45 am the doctor accepted me and I was taken to a different room other than the doctor's room. The dentist chair was very dirty. Not cleaned. I am attaching the photos. While waiting in the room, Emre Bey, who said he was the owner, came and asked what happened. I reported the situation. The doctor was with us. After explaining the situation, the owner tried to scold me as if I was at fault, as if your insurance company did not make our payments to us on time. As a patient, I felt extremely uncomfortable. Management, who should have reassured me, made me even more angry. On top of that, I couldn't get my treatment. Be the first to go to places that care about customer satisfaction.

My experience with Dent Glow was a positive one, I never give 5 stars however I feel this is justified. Dental clinician Oytun Kutsal was calm, hard working and very good at his job. I would highly recommend this clinic if you need dental work, I was full of fear prior going to Turkey, however Oytun made the process easy and relatively pain free. I am now back in Birmingham getting great comments about my new teeth. Thank you you guys/girls who was professional from the start.

Words can’t describe how excellent this place is , from the day I arrived till the day I left, the staff are unbelievably friendly and warm , they’ve transformed my teeth to standard out this world , I never thought they would look as good as they do now , not only they transformed my teeth but made also my life , I can’t thank them enough for the work they’ve done and will be forever grateful, I have no doubt in my mind they’ll go on to achieve great things and make peoples life’s so much better , I recommend this place 100% and have already got several of my friends to have work done there , I can’t think of one bad word to say , I hope to see you all again if I visit Izmir, THANKS x

I traveled from Virginia, USA to recieve treatment at Dent Glow I recently had a dental appointment with Dr. Çigdem, her assistant Zeynep, Ferhat, and the translator Gözde, and I can honestly say that it was one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel comfortable. Dr. Çigdem and her team were extremely knowledgeable and skilled, taking the time to explain the procedure to me and answer all of my questions. They were also very gentle and considerate, making sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Zeynep was an excellent assistant, anticipating Dr. Çigdem's needs and making sure that I was comfortable at all times. Ferhat was also great, stepping in to assist when needed and ensuring that the procedure was completed to the highest standards. Finally, Gözde was an invaluable asset, as she helped to translate for me and ensure that I fully understood everything that was happening during the procedure. Her friendly and professional demeanor put me at ease and made the entire process much easier. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Çigdem and her team at Dent Glow for anyone in need of dental care. They are a fantastic group of professionals who truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to provide exceptional service.
