The best decision I have ever made in my life is to start Karuna Yoga. It is my only school where I still run to classes with the excitement of the first day, even after months. It is also my second home. A school that gives you peace, a warm environment that embraces you with compassion, and makes you feel at home with its incredibly well-equipped, knowledgeable and loving instructors. So much so that I wanted to share it with my family and friends, and they also come to Karuna Yoga Center for classes with me. How happy I am! I would like to express my endless gratitude to our dear teacher Şerife Karahançer, who shared her in-depth knowledge of yoga philosophy and history with us and trained us from the very basics. Endless thanks to my incredibly strong and knowledgeable teacher Buse Karahançer, whose energy I have loved since the first day, who has strengthened me, and our Yoga Therapy teacher Özgü Gümüş, who healed and inspired us with her knowledge, light and joy. I attended the yoga Alliance teacher-training program at Karuna Yoga in 2017. During the six-month course, I really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the kindness of everyone in the studio. Our instructor, Serife Karahancer, always encouraged us to discover the hidden parts of ourselves while encouraging us to push our limits while accepting our limits at the same time. The studio was open to everyone. Throughout our training, we were all encouraged to take advantage of the space: by practicing, giving lessons, organizing events, and so on. I particularly am thankful for how cooperative, understanding and welcoming the staff is. Thank you.

A profound yoga school full of discovery, which we opened with my 9-year-old son. My son, who has allergies / asthma, gave the best possible result in the breathing test we took today with the correct breathing exercises. Fatigue and body fatigue caused by Allergy / Asthma became a thing of the past with the yoga classes we took. The strengthening of the muscular system made physical activities easier.
