A very nice found in the old bazar of Izmir. It’s definitely not a fancy restaurant but the food is just extremely good and fresh. One of my best lokanta restaurant in Turkey. Prices are average to cheap for what you get and for 2 people with a lot of différents plates we paid 115tl that is almost 7$. On special days they prepare a very good fish soup that you should try if you’re into seafood (balik corba). I’d you’re visiting the old bazar of Izmir I recommend you to give a try to this restaurant. A special thanks to the family working there, they were super nice and friendly with us.

The food was very tasty. Unfortunately missed the fish soup, we were too late. In my opinion a little too high prices, however, if you want to eat a little different dishes than those generally available every corner. You should definitely try lentils with tripe.

Perfect fish soup for a cold morning! The fish soup- balik corbalar was the only dish available at 9am in the morning yet it was the only dish I wanted to try, lucky me. The fish was really fresh, yet without the fishy taste and the soup was tangy and rich. Can’t figure out what was added in the soup but real amazing dish.

Authentic and small restaurant with fresh and good quality dishes for affordable price. You can taste a wide variety of Turkish dishes but note that the portions are quite big even when you say a little.

The food is definitely an experience. It is one of the best showcases of the "Esnaf Lokantası" concept. Thr fish soup, Chickpeas with tripe, artichoke dessert are few of the many dishes to try. Kemeralti is an experience and this place is one of the do nit miss spots

Had late lunch today at that little store. Walked by and saw nice food on their customers plates. Decided to stop and have a bitte. Was not disappointed. Everything was super delicious. Owner/staff were very friendly and explained everything. Can only recommend.

çok lezzetli I was looking for Turkish food that is not kebap. I ordered two dishes which were a bit too much for me. Nevertheless I was able to finish the lamb shank. Both dishes were very delicious. They cost me 115 Tlr. I went again and was charged double for a lamb shank !!!! Even taking the inflation into account, 100% is too much in two weeks. The other food was the same price. i won’t go again. NOT HONEST!

Our landlady recommended this place. We arrived just before closing so there was not a lot left. They put us a meal together and , thou very simple fare, it was really tasty. Worth a visit.

Had delicious fish soup here today. The place is beloved by many locals and serves great food. I would recommend adding a splash of lemon and the brown bread (over the white bread) with the soup.
