It’s a decent hotel for a one night stay, looks cute but a little over priced for what it is since the rooms are quite small and not the most luxurious.

Good location near public transports, helpful staff and a good breakfast. The only problem is they don't have an elevator, so ask them in advance for a room on the lower floors. But in total everything is really good.

PIANO? More like LIARS Hotel. Or, maybe, PRISON Hotel. I had reserved a non-smoking room in what is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. I arrived at 20:30 from a long day of travel to be led up 4 floors to a smoke-stenched room I was too tired to reject. In short time, I became ill from the nicotine-embedded, fabric headboard and curtains. A call down to reception revealed there were no other rooms for the night! And, air conditioner was controlled remotely by reception. Yes, you read correctly. Adjustments to temperature require a phone call downstairs. Unreal. I ended up moving the bedding to the shower floor, and closed the bathroom door. Sewer smell was almost floral compared to the nicotine. Next morning I demanded, and got, a much better room, thank you Ismael! He saved my life.

Pros: Great location, the receptionists and the barista were nice and speak English, the living room is great, and clean rooms. Cons: The rooms were very small, so it's not pet friendly at all, no elevator, so we had to lift our bags 4 floors, one of the barista staff was disrespectful and sarcastic about our order.

The staff is friendly and they try. But these is a horrible smell from the bathroom. The bathroom is very outdated. It is very noisy. Close to Public transport. We ordered two rooms close together… we got them 3 floors apart. In one room, the bed was too small to sleep the 3rd person (who we reserved for). The other room was right near the kitchen (so at 6:30 am when preparing breakfast there was noise and food smell..) There is no elevator and we had to carry our luggage up the stairs (4th floor for one of the rooms). They later (after 2 nights), changed one room.

Amazing value for money! The rooms are really small, but if you’re planning to goto Izmir to be travelling around & just be at at the hotel to sleep, then this is a very good, economical option. Very good location, very good staff.

I'm suprised at how different the rating was with what we have experienced over the Piano hotel. First night, we have arrived early morning and they gave us very small room which had the mositure smell and uncomfortable pillows. We have switched to the another room (which they said is better) and although it was a bit bigger, but it didn't meet our expectation. Cleaniness was one of our criteria for this hotel and unfortunately the room and bathrooms (in both rooms) had black mold! By the way, the breakfast also was not something really special as it was advertised. We didn't have a safe in our rooms as it was in the details of the room.

We were there for 2 times in a week because we slept 1 night in Kusadasi. We had 2 rooms, both very small, small bathrooms. No spece but beds are ok. Location is very good but breakfast not so because almost everything including eggs were cold.

Me and my colleagues had 2 fantastic nights in the bar of the hotel "88 Keys". The bartender Yassine gave us 2 nights we will never forget with good drinks, karaoke & a lot of laughter.

The waiter Yasim was very helpful and helped us a lot with information about the city and about Turkey. All praise for the hotel and the services regarding the service.

Super kind and helpful stuff! The room was very warm and clean every day, bonus to the amazing cafe-bar, perfect for breakfast and night drinks! Everything was perfect and in very good price. Definitely recommend

it is an Old Hotel with small rooms , nothing fancy here but the staff are very friendly and professional, prices seems to be right and the breakfast options are also nice. it is affordable in a good spot with friendly staff , so if you are on budget then this might be the place for you.

We decided to come here by reading all the good comments but we were disappointed right away. The first room that they gave us was full of mold, you literally couldn't breathe inside of it. Rooms are very small, old, and moldy. The location is also not convenient, it's far from Alsancak and all main attractions. The area looked also dangerous in the evening. The only thing that was good was the breakfast.

Very kind But the room I booked is a Superior Double Room. Why is it different from the picture...? To be honest, I felt it was too narrow 😭😭 I thought I'd get a room with a sofa and a bed separated by a sliding door, but it's a pity I was surprised that some of the breakfast menus that are unfamiliar to Koreans were so strong taste We were a little bit suprised but it's okay! The room condition was good, but the water isn't running So we called reception We were a little bit cumbersome... Washbasin also too small

All reception managers speak perfect English! They are very friendly and always ready to help. There is a great working space in the second floor, that I liked a lot. WiFi was good. Breakfasts were delicious and there were always fruits. The room has everything you need. I would highly recommend staying there!

Every thing really everything , Location, very clean, mini bar in the room while no other hotel in the same area have it, the greatest staff in this hotel specially Mr. Onur and also the other’s, free car parking, the amazing library with the Piano 😍 . Thank you Piano hotel .

Amazing authentic turkish cuisine for breakfast! The room was quite small and congested, however it was reasonable for the price. The staff is polite and some of them even speak english. The location is central in a busy area.

I stayed here for 4 nights last week and had a great experience. Everything was consistent throughout my entire stay, from housekeeping and breakfast, to the demeanor of staff. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was fresh and flavorful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Also, the location is convenient, it's close to Konak Pier, Kordon, Kemeralti Pazar, Clock Tower, and the main strip in Alsancak. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
