I stayed at this hotel twice times. Fist time was in 2019 and second time was last week. The overall: 1- Perfect location: close to the old centre, just second row from the see and near to cafes, restaurants and modern boutiques. 2- hotel is basic and clean but needs some renovations. 3- suite was very good option ... large. 4- staff on my second time were helpful and nice. 5- breakfast during my last stay was not worth. 6- one problem you might face; beggars beside the hotel door. It is a good option if you plan to stay in the centre.

I recently stayed at a hotel located near the sea and close to the city center. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and what truly stood out was the breathtaking sea view from my room. It's a place where you wake up to stunning vistas right outside your window. While they do offer parking, it comes at an additional cost of 6 Euros per night. However, the convenience of valet service makes up for it. The hotel also boasts a bar and restaurant in the lobby, which is a great option for dining. One of the highlights of my stay was the responsiveness of the staff. They were quick to address any issues or concerns, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Additionally, I highly recommend visiting the top-roof restaurant for breakfast; the views from there were absolutely excellent and added to the overall charm of the hotel.

I enjoy their excellent breakfast bar on eight floor. There is a young lady who is so kind, courteous and always has a smile on her face. Her name is Yasmin. This makes it a perfect place to enjoy my breakfast every day.🤩

I was welcomed in this fantastic hotel for about 5 days. Bayram always helped me in dragging the suitcase and in the water supply. All the staff is very welcoming and always ready to help. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. You can get a room with sea view. I can you really recommend it!!!

I stayed just for one night at the Park Inn by Radisson Izmir for a business trip. It is perfectly located in the city center. The rooms are clean and the service was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially at the lounge restaurant Mr. Burak and Mr. Muammer were very helpful since I was looking for something to eat late night. The food was very good und I was very satisfied so I ate my lunch the next day again at the lounge restaurant. Thank you very much!

We had an amazing stay big thanks to Ozcan, he went over and beyond for us to feel welcome and make Izmir feel like a familiar place, he made our vocation infinitely better! The hotel was very clean and comfy in the best location in town

During 5 days staying in this hotel, roomtemperature remained between 27° and 28°C temp outside above 20°C. We were informed, the management has decided, during wintertime this has to be like this. Our reply 28°C is even in summertime not acceptable within a 4☆ hotel was just noticed by a smile

From the first day of our arrival, the staff of the restaurant, Sude and Kaan, made everything possible to make our stay nice and joyful. They supported us with delivering food to our room after a surgery. They're really kind and nice. And by the way, the food is 👍

My mom and I stayed at the Park Inn Radisson, Izmir for nearly 2 weeks. Our reservation included daily breakfast. Throughout our stay we had great experience with the staff throughout the hotel and mainly at the restaurant. Mr. Muammer, Cenk and Burak gave us special attention. The rooms are comfortable and kept very well. Very happy with our stay and recommend to anyone who is visiting the beautiful city Izmir.

We´ve been there for 8 days (biz - trip) / we had two 2 day meetings in their meting room. Meeting Room - -1st floor so no day light, but very good settings for our purpose and separate from the other guests - very very good catering. All available that was needed. Very attentive staff. Breakfast: very good omelets and plenty options of Turkish breakfast. Fresh orange juices. Catering Lunch for the meetings: excellent. Bar for Dinner - good service and food. Exceptional staff - they anticipated every wish (thanks for the espresso).

We came to the hotel after surgery at a local hospital. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Dursun was very helpful and found us coffee suitable to have after surgery and showed us the direction of the local shop. He carried our bags to our room. The rooms are very quiet and nice. Would recommend.

Bayram, and dursun was amazing on arrival welcomed us to the hotel, check in very quick. Straight to our rooms. Lovely drinks snd food amazing service all round.

Dursun was super simpathyc and very helpful with the luggage. The hotel is very well placed nearby the sea and great restaurants. The room is also modern, with USB (type C included) charger in the plugs, which can be very helpful.

Nice stay very welcoming first time in Izmir would definitely recommend here. Rooms are beautiful, room is cleaned and towels are changed every day. hotel is spotless. Staff are super friendly especially Dursun food at restaurant is very good and good value for money. Breakfast has lots of options. Would stay again

Stayed here for a night. The service was top notch. The room was excellently presented and very modern. The whole hotel is fabulous and has many amenities. The staff were very friendly and we checked in and out with ease. Their Irish ☘️ is perfect so we had no difficulty 😂 Bayram in particular gets 10/10 from me. Will definitely return in the future 😊🙌🏻

We stayed in Park Inn for two nights. Our room was neat and clean and lights at the head of the bed were cool. Breakfast was nice, basic dishes are available. Open terrace is very nice with sea view. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was pleasant to her welcome drink and a bit earlier check in. Location is excellent.

Lovely hotel, very helpful staff. Great location near the waterfront. Having breakfast on the rooftop terrace is such a great idea with views of the sea, it's so peaceful in the morning. Izmir is a beautiful city!

Fabulous hotel, located in a lovely part of Izmir right by the harbour. Room is very lovely. We were met by a lovely member of staff called Dursun who took our things to the room and showed us how things worked. All very welcoming and offered us tea/coffee. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

This was an absolute gem - Service was impeccable - could not fault it. Slept really well - rooms were very well appointed, modern with lots of plug sockets and extremely comfortable beds. Breakfast is served on the spacious roof terrace, lots of choice for indulging or watching what you eat. Great location - sea views and close to the markets for that all important shopping😃 Would definitely come back.

The staff are very attentive and friendly in particular Dursun and Hayrettin from the front desk made sure we had everything we needed and knew the best places to go. The hotel itself is clean, very welcoming and bright (fully air-conditioned which is a lifesaver in 40°+heat!!) Would def recommend staying here and will certainly be our first choice if we come back to Izmir.

This is such an underrated hotel. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and spacious. The staff are very helpful, polite, and all speak English (which if you’ve been to Turkey you know is not that common!). The rooftop eatery has a water view and even though the breakfast has limited options its still pretty good. There are plenty of bars and restaurants and tourist sites within walking distance as well!

Location is amazing... We were greeted by Dursun and Eray at the reception with the warmest welcome. They were not only professional but also kind and helpful. Receptionist Hayrettin was also extra friendly and assisted us on check out. Burak from F&B was there whenever we needed something :)

We stayed here two nights and book from booking.com, accommodation is ok but their sea view is not real sea view it’s just the category of their rooms defined by them which make no sense to me. They have mix staff some are good and some are rude on reception. Staff English is acceptable. Luggage drop locked room is not available in this hotel. It’s a cheap prices of rooms so don’t expect big. Location is good in two minutes walk and you are on sea with excellent view. I would say not bad choice at all. Breakfast is good and restaurant is on top floor with nice views and breeze.

I just got here today and the staff member was not friendly at all. He gave us a smoking room that smells like cigarettes and when I told him, he said they cleaned it and offered no other solution. I paid extra to have sea view and instead got a smoking room!!!!! Also, I had a friend of mine who left his bag in our room so we can go have dinner and then come back to pick it up. When we got back, he wanted to come upstairs to pick his bag up from the room and then leave. The same staff member stood there and told him not to go upstairs as he is not allowed to come upstairs to pick his bag up in a very mean and rude manner. I have never been to a hotel where a guest can’t come to the room for few minutes. And even if that is the case, he could have been polite about it! Instead he was very rude about it. Since I got here, not a single smile on his face. I’m not sure who is the customer in this situation. Unfortunately, this experience in just few hours has been extremely disappointing. And even when I told him how I felt by the way he treated us, he offered no apology and not a single word! It’s a shame! Not to mention that I asked him if we can have late checkout and he said the hotel is full, and I just checked to see if I can book for another night and there is availability. So he was not being honest. He could have simply said no without having to lie. What a shame! I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

The localisation is a good point. Hotel itself? nothing special. Breakfasts are boring, air conditioniner smells badly, probably wasn't cleaning for long time. Could be worse, but could be better.

Worst staff ever. We paid for 6 nights and they just straight up kick us out because my friend said “This looks bad.” Then they kick us out in 3 am!! A really small hotel. Would never recommend!!!! Would recommend Sheraton tho.

It doesn't get better than this hotel. Nice clean environment, funky colorful lights over the headboard. Excellent selection of food. Friendly service. Not to mention, this hotel is at the heart of Alsancak. Plenty of things to do around. Highly recommended!!

The hotels is very clean and smells so great , the room are not big but elegant . The staff is sooooo friendly and speaks English , the breakfast buffet was simple and basic , the room service was super and the food was delicious, the location is excellent, Starbucks is at the next door of the hotel door , and the sea is on half view of the hotel but cool , the sea is across one street of the hotel where the rental bikes and scooters, all the restaurants are in about 100 meter from the hotel . In general the hotel is suuuuuuper 👍🏻

Really stylish room with nice view of the sea. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was quite nice as well. Overall quite a nice experience.

We loved this hotel in the center of Izmir! The staff is very very friendly! Plus their English is good and if you are a tourist will be easy for you to communicate. We had a lovely view from our room and everything was so clean and fresh! Highly recommended!

Room service was excellent. I would like to mention about Sinem Kara particularly. She is the best staff in a room service category I have ever encountered with. She is smart and friendly. Not only she helped me with providing food but also with useful information about locality. The most important thing she did for me was helping me with changing my air ticket. As I don’t know Turkish, she called from her mobile to relevant Turkish airlines and sent email to the customer care office mentioning my medical condition as I was unable to fly earlier. Based on her email Turkish airline customer care replied that I would not have to pay for the change fee . Which was so much of help that I needed. I wish her all the best in her future life.

I made a mark 5, because it is a best hotel in Iir we know. Restaurant staff, especially Sineu and Sude are really friendly and hospitality. It was a real pleasure to be accomodated in this hotel and spend everyday like in a friends company.

Nice, modern style and in a great location. The receptionist seemed a bit stressed and you need a key card to use the elevator which unfortunately doesn't work most of the time (and not only for my card). Otherwise would have given 5 stars ;)

The staff were so accommodating. A big thanks to Aytag/ Dursun & Sinem for all their assistance. The room was spacious, a lot of amenities close by and rooms service was great. The breakfast had a lot of offerings.

Stayed here for 4 nights following surgery in a local hospital. From the second I arrived they were exceptional in the help and care they offered, carrying my bags, offering me an arm to lean on whilst walking . ALL of the staff where completely brilliant but Dursun stands out in my memory....each time I saw him he offered me water and asked if I needed any help a really lovely guy...but again ALL of the staff were fantastic. The hotel is lovely with a really nice lobby to sit and relax. I was in a standard room which I was really impressed with and it lacked nothing. Situated in the centre of town with port and water directly facing which was lovely to sit by. If your visiting Izmir I would 100% recommend.

Stay was excellent, really good service and the reception staff couldn't do enough for you. The hotel room was very comfortable with views to the sea. The bed and pillows was so comfortable and wanted to take the pillows home. It would be great if they had a pool but obviously being in the city it's not always possible. Great stay thank you

The staff are all lovely people, Burak looked after me every morning at the fabulous roof top breakfast buffet & Cenk was wonderful each evening in the sports bar restaurant. Nothing was a problem, anything you needed they would sort. Impeccable rooms & fab food I would highly recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Turkey 👌

I thought this hotel was awesome! Very very clean and the workers are super accommodating. Helped us with our every needs. Big thank you to Sinem, Dursun, and Aytan. Coming from a small hotel room in Istanbul to here was so nice. Awesome location as well right by the water and city centre is a 10 minute walk down the ocean.

The hotel was great. The room was clean and the jr. suite had a great view of the water and the sunset. The note to management, the door in the restroom would be much better if it was a sliding door. Otherwise it makes it very awkward to enter and leave (especially in the night). I suggest one of the managers to spend the night and experience it themselves 😁 Many thanks to the staff, Sinem and Dursun were very accommodating!

Friendly, welcoming, clean hotel. We arrived early, couple hours before check in but staff (Somer, Sinem & Dursun) managed to get our room ready early! Breakfast spread is amazing! Would stay again and definitely recommend! 😃

Upon arrival we were greeted and offered Turkish coffee which was lovely so first impression was great. The receptionist was very welcoming, friendly and professional. The room was modern and spotless, definitely loved the colour theme and LED light bed. The bedroom view of the sea was nice. Breakfast on the rooftop was delicious! The receptionist organised a full day private driver so we could explore Ephesus and Virgin Mary's house, it was affordable and worth it. Impressed with the service we received and the friendly staff. Would stay here again.

Room was super modern with color lights. Also super clean and new looking all of it. Location was also great, almost by the water. Staff was great and parking easy since the area has very limited parking, but here you just leave it in front of the lobby and the staff takes it and parks it for you for 5 euros the whole day regardless of how many times you go and come back.
