Good property but terrible stay. Air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night. The shower drain was blocked so when I took a shower the whole room was filled with water. I asked the front desk to get us some towels to dry the mess and it took them forever to send someone and yet they didn’t fix it so my wife couldn’t take a shower. I asked for a cart to carry our luggage and it never showed up. I went down stairs to ask for the cart again and they said the cart is on the way but it never showed up so we had to carry our heavy luggages back to the car. I talked to Ihsan, the front desk manager, explaining the situation. He said he is sorry but he didn’t offer anything to ease down the terrible experience. Yet, he said that the management will “investigate” and get back to you through email. Very unprofessional. Stay away since this building only carries the Hilton name.

I would rate this hotel 4,5/5. What I didn’t like was that the hotel is surrounded by big streets and it gets a bit noisy in the room. Initially, I was worried about this and asked if I can change the room to a quieter now. Even though I already used the room, everyone at the reception was extremely friendly and trying to be helpful. The hotel was pretty much booked out, so the manager personally showed me a sea view room and a suite and offering me a very fair discount for the extra fee for such rooms. In the end, I did not take the offer because I did not feel the acoustics made a difference. After all this, the manager ordered me a tea while I was waiting for my girlfriend to arrive. I had a good sleep. Not the most quiet but Izmir is a noisy city. If you are very sensitive to noise, you may want to consider an alternative though. As a tourist, I also didn’t like the location/neighbourhood too much but the metro station is 1min away, so it’s very convenient to get to the airport. I also want to share that I only stayed for one night and the next day, I spend my time at the hotel for the whole day, was using the business center for various meetings and had a nice meal at the restaurant. I asked for taxi prices, late check-out, etc. Everyone was very very friendly at all times and extremely helpful. If you have any problem, they will try their best to solve it for you and as a foreigner, this seems to be the most important feature of a hotel, so I can very much recommend this place and would like to thank everyone for their nice service.

Comfortable Room, Friendly and Professional Staff, Very Good Breakfast. Missing: don’t forget to bring your toothbrush(not provided), restaurant quality price wise (for dinner or lunch) merits only 3 stars. Back view is not beautiful but sea view is surly beautiful.

Good enough! Although a bit far away from the city center (there is a metro stop across the street though) and were all the action is at, their great service and clean rooms make up for it. Didn't get a room with a view, yet we enjoyed our stay. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast is decent. Prices are fair. Staff were ok. Location not great.

Near the road. Rarely you can be interrupted by sirens, constructions, grumbling etc. which can make it hard to concentrate, even if you are at the 9th floor. Thats the nature of the place. If you are working like me and need a quiet room, ask for it. They are helpful and supportive.

Great location, to the city center 5-10 minutes by car. Metro station and bus stop less than a hundred meters from the hotel. Shopping center "Perla" in 10 minutes walk. The room is cozy, quiet, with all the necessary equipment (iron, coffee maker ....). My wife and I were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. Thanks to the hotel staff for the excellent service.

From now on, we will start all our Hotels reviews by mentioning the way the management & Front desk treat their VIPs and Elite Members, due to huge changes in regards to normal procedures, This being said...As a Diamond Elite, upgraded, Canberk and Ismain the best at Front desk, For the F&B Mustafa and his lovely team would certainly take good care of you...Thank you to all the hospitable team...

Very nice and not too expensive hotel. The service and breakfast is first class. It is also located just few steps from the Salhane station - just 2 stops from the city centre, there is a shopping mall nearby and a nice promenade on the other side of the road (P.S. to get there it is the best to take the train in the direction opposite to the centre and jump of on the first stop)

They have soundproof, comfortable and clean rooms. They give a friendly welcome at the first entrance. Bus and metro way right in front of it. The metro goes directly to the airport. They chose a good place for transportation. I recommend continuing.

Stayed there last summer and going back this summer the rooms are very big and clean the staff are welcoming and the breakfast is wonderful 😋

Lovely hotel, great service and fantastic rooms. Food is excellent. The location however, is awful. When I asked reception where was a good way to go for a walk, he said there was nowhere to go. It was boring outside.... sadly he was right. There's a dual carriageway outside so you cannot cross to get to the sea. The paths are very uneven, on the location feels like you are in the middle of an industrial estate!

There is no need to book this hotel if it is for the sea view. There is a big road across from the sea, the parking space is very crowded, the location of the hotel is not very convenient, the worst thing is the breakfast, there are flies everywhere.

Really terrible. Room on first floor with view of building site and noisy railway and motorway. Food is really awful. Bar closed and there is no garden! Canteen closed all day so options to do in the hotel are non existent. Surrounded by motorways so a convenience store is 20 minute walk away. Terrible location all round

As a Hilton member, I should get addition water to the 2 small ones, yet they charged me for it, and aircon stopped working at 3.30, was resolved at 4.15 am, so lost my sleep

Decent hotel but not amazing, close to nice beaches and nightlife

Firstly, the front office manager and people there, especially Yasemin, were fantastic. The hotel is spotless, and the housekeeping department made it wonderful. You can not imagine how they make the room neat and like a brand-new hotel. Room service was beautiful, the food was so fresh and well-cooked, and the prices were so reasonable. I booked a typical standard room, but at check-in time, they upgraded my room to a sea view with an extra large balcony room. All washing materials in the bath and toilet are made in France, which I had before on my Euro trip. Breakfast was also professional with all types of Cheese and different kinds of Bread; they also have a Diet concept so you can find a Diet ( milk, cheese, bread, and more). The location is incredible, just 10 meters from the train station and 100 meters to the Ege Perla shopping mall, where you can find well-known brands. It is 50 meters from the sea. It was an experience for me

The rooms at this establishment were both comfortable and surprisingly affordable. While it's not situated in the city center, the convenience of a nearby train station made it easily accessible. Our dining experience at the hotel's restaurant exceeded expectations, and I'd like to give a special shout-out to the Mobley burger - it's a definite must-try. Thumbs up all around for this place.

Nice rooms and the continental breakfast is also good. They have a gym. The rooms are so well equiped. You have iron, hairdryer, tv and very good wifi connection. Confortable nice clean rooms. The receptionist guys were so nice.

We found refuge in this beautiful hotel, from another so called five star Hilton hotel downtown. Don't be fooled by deceiving comments and photos, this is the only Hilton you can stay and expect the great Hilton experience in İzmir. Thank you, we had an excellent stay.

Very nice hotel and very good employee 👌. Very bad internet I lost a lot of business in the 3 night I spent over there. The cell phone reception very bad 👎 and the WiFi is the same. The TV channels very boring no English channels no sports channels to watch the Premium league.

Very nice hotel, great services, professional staff mostly at the restaurant, reception (especially receptionist Tugce was very professional and kind) and also laundry (they messed something a little bit) but still the hotel deserves 5* rating. I was satisfied and if I come back to Izmir for sure I will come back. I recommend it to everyone

Every time we come to Izmir, we always stay at Hilton Bayrakli. We are very pleased with the friendliness and hard work of all the staff during our stay. The location of the hotel is not so great, when you walk out, there is nothing attractive. So you always need a taxi. Breakfast is not complicated but better than the ones in the US. The service quality depends on the date. Some staff are extra attentive, some are very careless. Parking is very difficult. There are not enough parking space available within the hotel. Sometimes you may need to park outside. Valet service is also available.

Good hotel with easy access to train station, limited parking and gets very busy with tour groups. Sometimes difficult to get a table at breakfast.

Price vs What you get, is definitely low. Private car parking is limited with no support from hotel. Also due to covid fitness salon is either closed or full. Only 2 persons are allowed at a time which is ridiculous for such a huge hotel. If covid is a concern, how come every facility in the hotel is over crowded?

This is definitely a great Hilton affiliated Hotel. Wonderful rooms with balconies where you have a great view of the sea and fantastic service. It was a prefect stay!

Nice new hotel, staff were friendly free breakfast was great. Kind of in an unwalkable area but parking is easy if you come by car and it's right next to the metro station to take you anywhere in Izmir. Recommended

I just paid 5000 points night and can therefore not expect a lot. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room however looked outdated and cheap (the materials) and it had a weird old smell to it. The AC didn’t work properly either and the balcony door wasn’t isolated very well (noise). The hotel was very helpful and did cancel my remaining nights, like I said, service was great!
