Very
bad
value
for
the
money,
did
not
meet
my
expactations
of
the
Hilton/Double
Tree
brand,
the
experience
was
more
like
a
three-star
no
name
hotel.
Swiss
Hotel
and
Radisson
Blu
in
this
area
were
much
better.
First
of
all,
hotel
management
has
this
untrusting
policy
of
charging
a
deposit
of
50$
as
if
we
will
drink
everything
in
the
minibar
and
escape
without
paying.
Personally,
I
want
everything
to
go
very
smooth
with
five
minutes
tops
when
I’m
checking
in
an
hotel
after
a
tiring
journey.
I
was
first
given
a
smoking
room
without
being
asked
for
my
preference
here,
had
to
go
back
and
change
rooms;
the
clerk
was
really
helpful
there
though.
In
the
second
room,
my
key
card
did
not
work
due
to
a
system
issue
and
had
to
go
back
to
the
lobby
once
more
to
get
this
fixed;
apparently
sometimes
there
are
delays
in
the
card
system
and
it
may
take
up
to
10
minutes
to
have
it
working.
I
also
learned
that
the
pool
was
closed
by
management
due
to
Covid
restrictions
while
there
is
no
such
restriction
from
government,
I
guess
it
is
much
easier
to
simply
close
the
pool
instead
of
having
the
precautions.
When
you
put
all
these
together,
I
was
really
upset
by
the
time
I
was
able
to
settle
in
my
room.
The
room
was
clean
but
it
had
a
very
heavy
air
freshner
smell,
and
a
really
noisy
AC;
so
I
did
not
like
the
room
much
neither.
It
was
overall
a
bad
experience
for
me,
I
would
not
recommend
this
hotel
unless
you
can
have
a
real
bargain
price
and
do
not
have
high
expectations.
