The room was not clean. They gave us damp and dirty towels. There was hair on the bedding. On top of all this, we left the hotel and after that, no one called and said anything. It was a bad hotel experience for 2 hours.

The room is the dirtiest one we ever had! There is nothing works in our room, the Air condition's is not works & no one fix it or changed our room after we asked for more than 3 times! We leave before 11 & they charge us 100TRY more!

The only pro of this hostel is well location. Most of the staffs gave a impatient face when u ask for basic necessities like toilet tissue roll paper in a dormitory room with rude attitudes. Once again, we all paid for our bed, rather than volunteer here and should not be treated like this. One of the male and cleaning staff are friendly though. The decoration of the restaurant is nice and planned to try. With that cocky attitudes, I would rather spend money on lovely cafe and restaurant nearby.

We paid 150€ for 3 nights in private room, we expected for that amount at least clean room, but it was dirty including walls, toilet, floor. Of course there was not shampoo, soap, not even towels. When we asked for towel they said they are all dirty and they can give in few days?!? After insisting they gave us 1 towel for 3 days ?!? Place doesn’t feel safe as it’s bar downstairs and during our stay music was playing till 1 am with people screaming. Doors are closed in the morning so if you decide to take early morning walk you need to stay infront of the door till someone doesn’t wake up, for check out there were no one to give a key. Location is amazing. That’s what makes us stay actually otherwise we would leave. Stuff was kinda lost as they didn’t even know that we were coming so we waited 7 hours for check in and when we arrive we waited extra for them to “clean it” but it was still dirty. I don’t recommend it unfortunately.

The staff was so cool and nice. They were so helpful. They have restaurant/pub at the same time and the vibe is amazing. Definitely will come back. Thank you for everything.

The location is very good- middle in the center of Alsancak, nearby the Kordon. You have a lot of coffee shop and 'meyhane' in the neighbourhood. The building is very beautiful, you have a living area and a beautiful garden/terrace. The room was also clean and big enough. The organisation wasn't very good. When I arrived they tried to fix me a room. That was very helpful. But there were no towels in the room or other important stuff. I have stayed in different hotels in the neighbourhood but this one is definitely one of the best.

This was our first hostel experience with my wife; we prefered a private bedroom. The building artitecture oldish and rebuilt againthink. It was clean ,staff were so kind and helpful... Location is perfect; the main street which full of Shops restaurants and bars just 40m and seaside was 3 minutes walk

I am never an admirer of staying in hostels. due to unavoidable circumstances my stay in turkey trip was always in hostels. In house hostel has very nice hosts and welcoming people. The beds were neat and rooms were clean. The temperature is maintained well. only complaint i have are toilets being cramp and unclean. Maybe this is due to the more number of guests.

I have stayed here before and I was very satisfied. Now they have moved to a new location and building. The hotel is in a traditional style and has a great view. Everything is brand new. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is warm and friendly. You can ask anything you want. Location is right in the center. Everywhere is very close. You have no transportation problems at all. I also got good news. Great pub coming soon. They do real good things. Looking forward to see it. When I come to Izmir, Im not looking for another place to stay. I definitely recommend to you. You will not regret!

It is a new place with the old name. Super friendly owner and staff. Clean rooms with hot water, some of them with the balcony what is great. Great design inside! This hotel exceeded our expectations. And it’s close to seaside btw! Thank you

Had a great time here. Beds are comfy, plenty of space in the 8 bed dorm. Kitchen is well equipped for all to use. Decent area to hang out and meet people. Each floor has 2 showers and in 1 of them, 1 toilet so sometimes there might be a wait in the mornings. Great value in a great location. The staff are super chill.

Hostel was so good. Staff was so friendly and they knew English. We had an entire room for 3 people with private bathroom and it was clean and big. We booked last minute and there was no problem.

awsome location, connectivity through tram, train bus stops and mini buses in almost 10 min walk. plus a sunday market is a plus

I looked for this place for over an hour but was unable to find it. There is another hotel in the location posted on Google maps. I called the hostel, but the person who answered was unable to understand me in English. I ended up going to another hostel that was easier to find. Please update the location on Google maps!!!

Maybe a nice bar for drinking and dancing, but not as a hostel! Very loud and noisy place, bad bathroom, you can't sleep because the music is so loud all night long.

Word of advice! You have to knock loudly on the door to be let in, don't sit and wait for it to open at a certain time! The staff weren't very kind nor were they particularly helpful. They seemed to enjoy the fact I didn't speak Turkish and they both did. It was very loud as people came and went from their rooms through the night, as in louder than whatever you're expecting. That being said the rooms were sort of nice (at least mine was) and the location was excellent so you take the good with the bad I guess.

We stayed in a double room and paid a total of 1400 TL for 2 nights. There is no TV and refrigerator in the room, there is air conditioning. We especially preferred it because it was in the center, but the noise from the street continued non-stop both during the night and early in the morning. They close the main exterior door of the hostel during the daytime and there is no doorbell (in a way that I cannot understand). Although we knocked on the door many times, we had to call by phone when it did not open. And last but not least, the smell of cigarette smoke in the room was not the least of all these negatives. I realize we stayed in a hostel, but as I said, we stayed in a double room (with its own bathroom). I really recommend you to think about the noise issue if you will stay in this hostel.
