Walk In Hotel situated nearby Basmane Train station. Photos in Internet were better than in reality. The room needs to be repaired and bathroom also. Very small place in bathroom and especially, shower, it's not comfortable. The window is not open and you can see nothing because of special glass. Water splashing bed and slowly. The breakfast like in photo, is continental type. The positive side is nice personnel staff and place is clean.

The location is very good next to Basmane train station and very close to the sea and the view I had was just like in the photos but the downsides were so much that I had to change my hotel during my stay in Izmir. First of all they don’t care about safety protocols for covid 19 they rarely use mask at all even in the restaurant they didn’t have any disinfectant, the chef and the waiter didn’t use any mask at all and the social distance between tables were almost nothing. Our room was clean but I couldn’t connect to wifi and the toilet room was old and had to be repaired it kept making annoying noises all the night and didn’t let me sleep even when I asked them to fixed it they just cleaned my room and told me that they fixed but it was still the same in fact that was their response to all the problems and when I mentioned I’m dissatisfied with the situation they said you can checkout. But they paid back the cash without any problems.

Don't you expect so much from this hotel. It's cozy and not very clean. Staff almost helpful. We traveled to this hotel 30 july 2020. Because of covid they had no buffet breakfast and their dish of breakfast was not including a lot of choices. The cakes not fresh and borek as well. Lift was not working correctly. And the rooms are old and need attention. In the bathroom shower was broken and in toilet water was syphoned very slow. However the sleeping beds were very big and comfortable and we could sleep easily. Our room had jacuzzi and we really enjoyed it. I recommend this hotel if you are not hard going person.

Basic rooms but a very good price - 100try including a decent breakfast. Good location. Opposite basmane metro station. Close enough to walk everywhere. Helpful, friendly staff

Price and quality perfectly balanced, good breakfast, good to have a place in the city centre and near all the buses to go to pamukkale, hierapolis, Efeso, istanbul

you get what you paid for in this hotel .. it's in a good spot in the middle of the city and the rooms are clean and nice .. breakfast was variant and delicious and staff was very helpful .. all in all very good hotel

Bed bugs in room 21. A lot of them actually. It's not that hard to locate either. On the mattress, by the pillows, saw some in the seat cushions. Saw a couple on the floor. This place is absolutely disgusting. Ended up throwing out half my luggage out of paranoia and then spent 5 hours with a fine tooth comb on the rest of my luggage. This place should be shut down

Hotel of Bugs You will never sleep, alot of bugs in the bed, no clean water, very bad and poor hotel. After almost 2 weeks now I still put alot of cream and I have a lot of bugs bits.

When they saw that I am alone they decided to give me the worst room, and when I told them it was too bad they gave me a better one yet it wasn't that good. It was not clean and the wifi doesn't reach the room so I stayed with no wifi the whole time. I don't recommend and I don't want to go there again.
