Excellent location and clean rooms. Most of all, all the staff were extremely hospitable and very welcoming. Big shout out to Bura that made our Izmir Trip 10x memorable. He attended to our needs and made sure our needs are provided. He even helped us get Izmir card after he finished his shift at the hotel and recommended good spots to go to.

We had a great stay there. The location is ideal, Staff were helpful and friendly. The room itself was clean and in General was above my expectation for the price and a 3 Star hotel.

The best hotel you can find in this area for the price and value. The hotel is new and very clean and the room is no different that 5 star hotel room. Staff is very helpful. I stayed almost all hotels in this area including egepalas and swisshotel and thus one not only has the best location but best rooms as well. You really have to be stupid to pay two times more for others.

Good hotel not far from the rail station and Alsancak street. Friendly staff, they need to fix some small things but overall is good value for money snd room was very comfy.

My husband lost his phone when we arrived there, but the staffs were very helpful and took a quick action to help us. They even accompanied to the police station, we really appreciate their top-notch service. We felt really welcome by the staffs, they gave a recommended places to visit, and they offered a nice breakfast for such a cheap price. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there, thank you!❤️

This is a great hotel if you want to stay in center Izmir. The rooms are well furnished and clean, the breakfast is good, staff is very helpful. I had a great stay with my boyfriend, we will come back next year.

The staff were extremely helpful and gave advice on places to visit and nearby shops. Rooms were clean and the Hotel is in a great location and very close to some highly rated restaurants and shops. The Hotel was also very close to the metro and bus stop. The receptionist was helpful to organise a taxi to pick us up at 5AM to take us to the airport.

Amazing place, really clean and quiet.. The best option for alsancak.. Really good value for money. I recommend to any body.. The stuff are great too specially Burak and canberk.. Thank you so much 🤍🙏

The room is very nice and the hotel has a good location. Unfortunatly, we noticed that money (a few coins in Euro) was taken out of my pocket. In addition, our room was not made, which is a shame for any hotel. Also the receptionist was unfriendly and wanted us to pay twice, althought I showed him the payment conformation. Would not recommend.

Everything was great and the staff was really kind. Room cleaning is done only if you request, and they sometimes forget it, but altogether, I strongly recommend this hotel. Breakfast is not included, but you can buy one at 20tl if you want. Metro, ferry, and bus station are all nearby.

One of my best hotels i have visited service was very good and reception officers all of them were the brightest point in the hotel 🏨

Nice hotel very well located, is in the heart of Izmir nigth life but not so closed to the noise so you can sleep very well, price higher than the rest of places we saw around but the intallations seems new and recently renovated. I just gave 4 stars because the price but I will book again in the future.

Good room and service for price, location is best

As location it is in central area, but lots of bars are close. You can hear noise at night. It can interrupt sleeping. Cleanliness was below average. There was a smell coming from bathroom. Hotel staff was so kind and helpful.

We stayed 3 nights in the Hotel Apart Alsancak (Riva). The hotel is in an area of hostels. Although it is very clean and modern looking and the staff were veryfriendly, the room was too small and not suitable for two people. There is no space - no space for 2 suitcases, no space between the bathroom door and bed, and no counter space in the bathroom. Worst of all, the bathroom door is a transparent coloured-glass swinging door (see picture). There is absolutely no privacy in the bathroom. We asked to change to a better room and were told there were empty rooms available, but we would be charged 35 Euros more a night. Needless to say, we were not happy with this hotel and will not stay here again

Big room nice bathroom and kitchen. entire hotel very clean neat and fresh. Staff very helpful. In just the right area plenty of restaurants near the train and tram station

Decent place with comfy bed and a shower with unexpectedly good water pressure. I certainly recommend it for a short stay. Good location in the heart of Alsancak. Rooms are not so large and there’s not much to do in the building though, consider this if you plan to actually spend time in the hotel.

The hotel room was very well located in the centre of Izmir, but it was also in a quiet spot which allows guests to easily go out as well as to rest back in the hotel. The hotel staff is very helpful and solve any issues very quickly, which makes the stay very comfortable. The rooms are very comfortable and have great amenities. I can only recommend staying in Hotel Apart Alsancak when visiting Izmir.

Great place in location to attractions and the sea. Only minus is it has no view. Besides that, reception was great and room was looking modern and nice 👍🏽👌🏽

The hotel was alright for the price, however other than that they didn't have much to offer. Me and my husband checked the activities the hotel offered and there was sauna in the options, so we asked the staff and they said they didn't have a sauna, which is false advertising. Plus, it said on the explanation part that the studio room that we stayed in had heating floor system, but all we had was a super loud air conditioner that made it hard to listen to music or watch movies, as we struggled to hear even with the highest volume on. When it comes to TV, it wasn't the best quality or brand new, wasn't a smart TV, it was also kept in a wooden frame that made it impossible to plug any cables in it to watch movies, and when we asked staff, they didn't help much about it, but they helped bringing back the channels that were gone. However, the main point of paying for TV for us was to enjoy watching movies from a big screen without having to cripple around a laptop on the bed in between us, but we had to watch all the movies from my travel size small laptop, which made it hard and not so enjoyable to watch our favourite movies. Coming to the bathroom, it wasn't as good as it showed in the photos, as the shower cabin had no doors, which made it hard to shower without actually splashing water all around the bathroom and the toilet had a stuck flush button which got stuck from time to time and needed manual correction, however the design was cool. The kitchenette was cool to have, however, they changed the glasses with not so clean ones, and I'd rather keep them and clean them myself, which I did, as they offered detergent and a sponge, which is nice. The room in general was alright, especially the big closet was awesome, so we didn't have all of our stuff around. There was, however, some construction work from time to time that made it hard to sleep, especially along with the noises or sounds coming from the hotel. It said again on the website that they have soundproof on the walls, but the walls were thinner than air, just like their toilet papers and extremely thin slippers. The room service wasn't always good, but the last time we asked for room cleaning, it was pretty good. The staff wasn't really helpful, except for one woman. Also, the worst part of the hotel was the location. It was definitely the biggest turn off for us, because the streets were horribly broken, with holes everywhere, extremely narrow and busy with cars and people. Especially during rainy days every corner of the streets were filled with mud and muddy water. Sure the hotel was close to the subway station, but it wasn't in a visible, safe place. It was rather in some weird district where police cars came every night to keep the area safe. When we left with our luggages, my husband's luggage was damaged because of the streets and one wheel was terribly broken, so he had to carry his luggage on hand. We had higher hopes for this hotel, but it didn't really meet our expectations. We don't consider booking it again.

I had few problems in the property. First, there was an active construction around the property, and window of my apartment was facing it directly (3 or so meters from the window). They start 8.30 in the morning and continue all day long. It's very noisy and uncomfortable in the room. Also property didn't have any ventilation working, while their heating system was intensively working (it was +23 degrees C outside). The temperature in the room was too high. I asked the woman on reception to move me to another more comfortable room, but she couldn't help me. For the above mentioned reasons I had to leave the property after spending there one night instead of three. They refused to compensate the cost of rest two nights. Also when contacted booking.com assistance, property told faulty facts about my stay, and thus my issue was not resolved. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place at all.
