Very bad and dirty,no water no tv no Internet nor hot water, even there is no breakfast, every low quality i hate that night staying in the stable hotel

Just close it. Worst place were we stayed so far. Everything was bad.

The price was not that bad, the room, towels and sheets were clean but it didnt have good decoration, and everything was so old. The air-conditioner was broken and almost the lid dropped on our head while sleeping. We couldn't sleep well as Izmir is hot and the room was hot as hell . no breakfast included and they charged us twice the price for a little bottle of water.

The hotel is really old and deteriorating, dirty towels and bed sheets, smelly rooms and pillows. Some rooms smell really bad and others with a leaking roof. P.S avoid going to the other apart otel they own as well, the rooms are terrible and smell awful as well.

Avoid this hotel - I booked via hotel com and manager told me there is no booking in my name without checking the hotel booking sheet or record and he was very rude even I showed him the hotel com booking confirmation and he said , I don’t care and ask me to leave his hotel immediately. please if your tourist or Foreigner in Izmir please avoid this hotel at any cost.

I'm from ireland on holiday here in izmir and the simal butik hotel has just really been amazing ❤ they have helped me,my partner and my 3 year old son so much with everything from directions to bottles for my son. I highly recommend 👌this for anybody travelling from abroad to come stay and experience all the love these people have given me and my family.☺ There is a girl and a man who speak English which is a massive help to us as they gave us directions to get to the airport ✈ and back safe and sound. I will really miss this place 🥺as it has a special place in my ❤ and I will be coming back to izmir in 4 months and I will be definitely be booking another week or 4 😇 here as it's just an amazing place to co.e stay with your family and friends.🇮🇪🇹🇷❤🥰👌🙏

it was a good experienced. hoping to comeback again. turkish people are nice and beautiful inside and out.. i even met the daughter of the owner of the hotel and she was nice and pretty..thanks for your wonderful behavior..

The guys were so kind and friendly and the rooms were clean enough comparing with the price but two of the rooms had no air conditioning in the warm days except a little fan. also both rooms should be checked about the bathrooms. Location was great. So close to beach road and public transportation.

worst hotel i ever been in. I could NOT stand it more than 10 minute!!! 6 storey building without elevator with super tiny rooms. a torn curtain with old and untidy blanket. the whole building is ramshackle with 1 square meter reception under the staircase!!! also the key they give you for room is like those for metal closets in high school(lowest security!!) we had booked it for 4 days and fully payed, but when we asked for our money back (we left after 10 minutes of arrival) they refused!! NEVER EVER GO THERE !!!!!!!!

DO NOT GO THERE. They are frauds. These pictures are not close to reality at all. My wife and I called them and reserved a hotel based on these pictures for 4 nights but we cannot stay there even for an hour. We asked them to refund the money to us, but they just said they can change the hotel to their friend's hotel (Vita Park hotel), but the new one was not very better than the first one. We stayed at Vita Park hotel for just a night, it was not tolerable for another night. Then we asked them to refund the money and they did not.

The rooms where clean and tidy although my shower head was broken. Not the biggest rooms but you only really use it for sleeping anyway. The hotel staff dont speak any english so keep that in mind if you dont speak turkish. The hotel is situated in the alsancak ( pronounced alsanjack) area of the city. Lots of resauraunts, cafes and pubs. 5 min walk from the water where you can get the ferry to the other side of the city and between 5-10 to the train station that can get you pretty much anywhere you have to go. If you want to use public transport the have bus, train, tram and ferry all close but you need to have a travel card as this is how you pay for them all. You out money on it (machines at every station) and you scan the card at the entry to anyone of the stations. I will put a picture of the card up so you know what to ask for.
