The entire menu is right out of Southern California 🙌The juices, the breakfast items, the mains and breakfast sandwiches. New favorite place. Wonderful vibe and atmosphere on a quiet street. Delicious 🤤 I ordered a poached egg which comes with salad. I enjoyed the meal with filtered coffee. I think it is a great way to start the day. The people who run the place are kind and nice. I paid 7$ for the food and the drink. Highly recommended 💯

Probably the best place in Izmir so far! Delicious food (try any bagel sandwich or beef stew with aubergine purée — it’s awesome), nice interior, nice music. It’s calm and relaxing here and surprisingly not many guests on Saturday. Highly recommended!

The best food in izmir. Everything has a special taste. I love the creativity of this place. I have been here a year ago for the first time. And I kept thinking about the food. That is something rare to me.

Quite expensive, but excellent. I missed European kind of breakfasts a lot during my 2-months stay in Izmir. This restaurant is literally the one and only in town that serves salmon-avocado toasts. They are perfect, as well as salad. French toast could be better though. First of all, “French toast” is more like a brioche kind of thing, not banana bread kind of thing. Uwawi version is too cake-ish. Secondly, I’d suggest to add more bananas on top to compensate the dryness of cake. Also, I think it would be very nice to have big glass bottles with lemon water on tables. Just as a nice treat for customers.

If you wanna a slightly different breakfast than turkish one, have a good coffee and freshly squeezed juice it's a perfect, quiet place with nice relaxing music. Friendly and smiling staff. We haven't tried any of the other courses on the menu but for sure are perfectly as well.

It was a great brunch. Not too crowded. So good to have quality time with a friend. Love the combinations of each menu. 👍🏼 Food was so fresh and nice.

Very nice place with delicious food and nice atmosphere. Not so crowded. Staff understands English. Poached eggs with bacon are best, highly recommended. Also fresh beverages like detox (with cucumber and celery) or with carrot and apple — are nice, fresh and tasty, have very calm, smooth taste. Also that have eggs with salmon in menu which is rare in other restaurants in the city👍🏻

During my Izmir days I have been here twice because the breakfast was so yummy. A little bit more on the pricey side compared to your normal toast or commercial big places of course but definitely worth it. My friend and I enjoyed the sour dough bread with eggs, avocado, salmon etc. a lot. (Around 180 TL in May 2023) a lot. So much that we took exactly the same each again two days later. :-) Coffee / espresso variations is also really good and so are their freshly made fruit juices. (A small one about 40 TL) Service was also really friendly and attentive. I hope I can go again one day soon.

Absolutely delicious! Came here for breakfast today and the host was incredibly accommodating. He made my platter vegan for me which was amazing, and my partner said his poached egg dish was incredible. Going to come again tomorrow. Oh, and definitely get a juice!

We came here for breakfast and were very happy. The food was really delicious. I had avocado on toast and it was so flavoursome! My husband got the banana bread French toast which he said was really yummy. The fruit juices were really good too. The aesthetics are very cute too. Would recommend.

I had the salmon poached eggs, it was delicious! Coupled with a detox green juice, that was a fantastic breakfast. My only complaint is that the juice is very tiny.

A lovely cafe with delicious food and a nice atmosphere at a reasonable price. All the food i've tried has been very good, but their avocado dishes are the best! They also play great music. Be sure to visit while in the Alsancak area.

Came with my wife for some breakfast as the sourdough breakfasts looked great and I wasn't disappointed. The poached egg sour dough, with mushrooms, peppers and avokado was amazing, it's been a while since I've enjoyed such a fresh, flavour packed breakfast. My wife had the ciabatta sandwich with smoked turkey, cheese, avokado and sauce which she thoroughly enjoyed. The coffee is also very good. Uwawi is a must visit for anyone wanting to eat out for breakfast in the Alsancak area.

The food was so tasty, i recommend you try the scrambled eggs they make for breakfast and the lasagna for dinner or lunch. The food tastes amazing

Awesome place, delicious food (breakfast with salmon is my personal advice you can see it on the attached foto). It is located in central and popular place, but it is not noisy here. English-speaking staff, quite friendly and hospitable. One of my favorite places in Izmir, really cool!

One of the most wonderful restaurants I've been to. It has such a perfect vibe, setup, staff, and food. If you go to Izmir I don't care where you are in the city I highly recommend you take time to have breakfast here. Can't say enough how awesome it is. Everything is good and the price is also very affordable.

Heavenly food! I had the egg white omelette and goat cheese salad! Generous portions So much thought put in flavors combinations Clean ingredients Did I say Absolutely delicious ? Oh I also had the energizer smoothie which was really good. I highly recommend this place for breakfast or brunch if you are ever in Izmir.

This place is hands down the best spot in Alsancak for breakfast. Especially American breakfast. First off the service staff is exceptional. Food is highly presentable and incredibly delicious! Omelettes and eggs are never burnt. Their beef tongue tacos are some of the best tacos in Izmir (believe me I've searched most everywhere). Their banana bread french toast is 🤤 so so so fantastic! Espresso and coffee are wonderful. They also offer sous vide entrees that always make my mouth water. Highly recommended! Oh and did I mention, they have bacon!!

English menu, they have an amazing smoked salmon eggs Benedict. Everything we ordered was delicious, even the gluten free chocolate cake (made with almond flour). Clean restrooms with plastic rotating toilet seat covers. Thoroughly enjoyed this cozy breakfast place. It reminded me of “First Watch” in the United States.
