More than half the slides are turned off/being fixed. Jacuzzis in big pool broken, lazy river only half full and covered with dead bugs/wasps as it has not been cleaned. Food place disorganised for lunch. Absokutely awful. I am usually writing good reviews but this place is terrible.

A beautiful place with a great view, but some of sliders was not working. I beleave 200tl for ticket is a bit expensive for here.

Not all slides but one work. The traces are very hot but they ask you to leave your sandals. They should put some covers on the traces to the slides. Generally besides those above WE Had nice experience.

One of the coolest places to visit in Izmir. A lot of fun and great sliders. Dance shows with audience interactive all along afternoon at different stages around the place and artifical waves pool at 5 PM. It's a great place for families and groups. Individuals also can have a lot of fun and make friends. Fees are reasonable comparing to other aqua parks. The other good thing about this place is that you can get there easily, it's just inside the city of Izmir and you can reach it with public transportation. Natural termal water pools are also available. Locker rooms should get more attention but I was grateful to see a hair dryer there both for men and women.

unlike of advertisement of water park Most of the sections are out of service such as pool party, dance show, dart game and so on. some pool are full of tree leaves. food prices were not reasonable.

The ticket price is 50 lira. The water city is located on the district of Balchova, one of Izmir's most prestigious and luxurious areas. In addition to the tiled landscape, wooded mountains and teleferic that look out on the Aqua City. The city has 6 swimming pools for adults and children and a swimming pool in the form of a river inside a small cave as a bat cave. It is divided into two sections: the water sports section including all forms of spiral slides and others. The second section contains two large swimming pools, one of which contains two small pools filled with hot sulfur water and there are massage pumps to help relax and heal diseases. The city is open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm except for one of the ponds until 11:00 pm. #Aqua_city

Summer and swimming season and water games! Spending a sun day at the swimming pool with friends or family is surely making good moments for each person. Also eating your favorite foods such as kebabs or bbq in the around restaurants here will make great time in mind of everyone . So! Enjoy swimming pool and fun here, with Sunbathing and relaxing and drinking coffee or tea with friends and or family.

2 stars just for the great landscape. Old building, The staff behavior is awful. No soap in the bathroom. Bad service. Restaurant, Tunel and other entertainments were closed!!!!!

Their page showed they are open but shut when arrived at 12. Lots of other people having to go back in the taxis they came with. What a let down and waste of journey.

I'd give it 4.5 if I could. Water was clean and I had a great day

Mazing place

Has a lot of potential but some things let it down. Most of the parks water slides where shut off even tho it’s the peak of summer. The wave pool stream was also not in operation. Have to pay for swimming cap to use the pool, and have to pay for food and drinks at separate counter. Also limited selection on drinks. However the music was brilliant vibes (most of the music is in English) and we enjoyed the day sitting on super comfy passive pillows going in and out of the water to cool off. Defo worth visiting and the views are amazing.

Only 5 slides from 14 are working. I was yelled by the life guard coz no one told us that we need swimming caps for the pool. Then he put someone else’s DIRTY swimming cap at my brothers head. He’s crazy. He should’ve just told us.

Not all the slides were open but there was enough going on to keep my 7 year old entertained for 6 hours. Nice location on the edge of the hills as well.
