I was referred to the clinic by a friend who spoke very highly of the staff and clinic. I couldn't agree more. Yagmur (my translator) was brilliant in facilitating my experience. From the initial consultation, Yagmur was extremely helpful, professional and available to answer any questions I had. The clinic organised everything from transfers to and from the airport, hotel and other covid-19 measures that I needed to complete. They made it a smooth and enjoyable experience. The clinic itself is very professional and hygienic. The procedure staff were lovely and very accommodating. Overall it was a great experience, and so far I'm very impressed with my results. I couldn't reccomed getting in touch for a consultation enough 😁

I am 7 months post hair transplant this month and could not be more happy with the results. I was unsure about flying from Ireland on my own and having to get Two flights there and back but the team here made me feel so comfterble. Everything they promised they gave. I did not have to double check or question anything even when I needed to stay in the hotel an extra night they still collected me at 5am to bring me to the airport. As for the clinic it was so clean and everyone was so nice. Would highly recommend this to anyone who is thinking of getting the hair transplant here. 10/10 🙂

If you're currently researching where to go to get a hair/ beard transplant, then you can stop searching now. I was apprehensive about coming all the way from Ireland during Covid-19 for a transplant, thinking that it would be difficult to arrange and take a lot of time. However, one of my colleagues who had got a transplant from the Clinic Hair Center the year before got me in touch with Yagmur, who I can honestly say is probably one of the most attentive customer service professionals I have had the pleasure to deal with in all my years! Yagmur made the whole process so simple and straight forward from start to finish via Whatsapp - which was so much more convenient than email! And within 2 days of my initial contact with her, I had my flights, surgery days, taxis, hotel, medical letter, etc. organised. Once I was taken to the clinic, the rest of the team were just as professional! All the staff were full of smiles, so nice to deal with, were always making sure that you were okay, and just all-round a fantastic experience - I never expected to one day describe something like a surgery as a fantastic experience but there you have it! And if you think the 5-star service stops there, then you would be wrong! After the surgery, you're given lotions, shampoos, tablets, and anything else that you might need after the job. Yagmur then remains in contact with you to receive photo updates on how the progress is going and keeping in touch to see how things are. It's been just under 4 weeks since I got my surgery and I can already see the new hairs working away. I was very self conscious about my hairline and patchy beard for years, and I always knew that once I was in my 20s that I was going to get a transplant sorted. Today, with the new hairs already growing, I feel so much more confident, and loving the new hair line and full beard. In summary, 5 stars is an understatement because the Clinic Hair Center deserves 10 stars for their commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience and professional service! And lastly, a huge thank you to the rest of the team at the Clinic Hair Centre!

I did my hair transplantation there 3 months ago, and so far so good. The clinic is so clean and professional while the follow up is amazing . Special thanks to Yagmur my guardian angel for her amazing follow up and to Erhan for the support during the operation. The final results aren’t clear yet but i am optimistic about it

Beyond impressed! From day one to the final day of our departure. My wife and I were welcome with such warmth, better than any clinic/hospital we’ve visited in the US, TR and UK. They were hospitable and forth coming . They made sure we understood the entire procedure and when we didn’t, they took time to make sure we did. Our translator Yagmur was one of a kind. She went above and beyond even with things such as ordering food when it was not in-relation with the times of her work. Mind you we went with our toddler, at times we would be busy with procedures and she went out of her way to facilitate our toddler and our toddler loved her. It’s been 3 weeks after my procedure and no complication have arose. The processes from start to finish has been flawless and I will definitely be preaching about this company! I used this clinic recently and from the start they stood out after I talked to many different places. I dealt with Yağmur throughout the process and she was excellent, really helpful and easy to deal with. Every question I had was answered quickly and she organised everything. I travelled from Ireland and the level of care I got was great. Yağmur and a driver were waiting for me at the airport and in the clinic the next day all the staff were really nice and enthusiastic about their job. I was in the clinic 2 days and found it easy and a nice place to be. I'm 1 week post hair transplant and am really happy with the results. The aftercare I'm still getting from the clinic is fantastic too. Overall I would highly recommend it on price and quality

This VERY GOOD review will describe the overall experience at the Clinichair. Very good and clear communication via WhatsApp and email provided me all the info, advises and implications that helped me in making the decision for my hair transplant. Their transparency and accountability on the full procedure, expectations and consequences made me opt for this clinic. Additionally, they have been very flexible to adapt the dates at the clinic based on my needs and schedule. Before the operation day, the translators provided me of all info and instructions I need to know and everything was explained very well and clear. The operation went really good, thanks to Esra and the other team members that took care of me during the full procedure. I especially thank her/them to be very kind and delicate with me (I felt asleep during the extraction process, it was very chill), to keep me company (a lot of 90s pop Turkish music!) and to accommodate all my requests (short breaks, toilet etc...). Lunch break was perfect, good and abundant, they ask you for your preferences. The transplant results defenetly match my expectations, they really understood my request and my needs, at the point that they extracted few more graphs to cover all the gaps (which, given the very long and tiring day for Esra, I really appreciate). The day of the wash up Esra checked my condition, and together with the translators they gave me all the products and precise instructions for the after care. I am still in touch with the staff of the clinic to monitor my healing process and future hair growth, they are also available to give advises and answer to all questions. Final results, we will see further on...but it looks promising 😉

I highly recommend this Clinic to everyone. They provided great services, beyond my expectations from the pick up untill the end, even after. Also all medications and cosmetics necessary after surgeries were provided. They have also very clear and good package pricing. I did also nose surgery through the clinic, in this case even one night in hospital with speciall care was provided. Their work is professional with visible long experience in the market. I am very gratefull to Yagmur who gave amazing care before, during and after surgeries, optimized process to my requirements, length of the stay, provided professinal translation and explained everything. Already couple of months passed since both surgeries were done, still have to wait more months to see final results but already now everything look very promising. Thank you Clinichair.

I was recommended to Clinic Hair. They were very professional from the start, from the moment I was collected from the airport, I was put at ease. I was taken to the hotel and picked up the next morning to have my treatment, my rep did not leave my side for the two days whilst I was having my treatment done. While other clinics that eventually move on to a bigger and better location begin to turn a beautiful thing into nothing but a trade; Clinic Hair has somehow not only stepped up their game but increased their quality. Back when my friends got transplants done they only had the FUE transplant services available. Now they began DHI and have actually got a nice foot in the door in a few other clinical industries. They offer cosmetic surgery options and their plastic surgeon was so upfront about what I should and shouldn't do, he even mentioned some of the stuff I asked for would be a waste of money cause of my life style. Clinic Hair won me over with their upfront honest attitude. Average pricing and the professionalism showed to me (especially after Istanbul, which felt like a butcher shop for hair transplants lol) could highly regarded as 10/10.

I was recommended clinichair by a friend who couldn’t speak highly enough of these guys!....I could tell by his results they really were excellent at what they do!!.....from the outset speaking via WhatsApp to the translator Yağmur.....the service was excellent, she made everything so clear and easy to understand, then picked me up with the driver from the airport on time and transferred me to my hotel. Then also, the clinic and hospital respectively. She really is brilliant at what she does as we’re the surgeons and specialists and even down to the receptionists!!!....all great people very friendly and different class at what they do.
