In Izmir for a few days traveling from the USA, and we really wanted to work out. This gym was near by, but also had a great web presence, and the community and box looked very fun. We were not disappointed, from reception by Deniz (who spoke fluent English) to Altimir's gracious prep of two single shots of delicious espresso on our way out, the people could not be more kind or welcoming. Then there is the equipment and the space -- all top notch. Several rowers, ski ergs, air assault bikes, ample barbells, plates, kbs, wall balls, and an expansive and sturdy rig -- with rings, etc. Just an excellent set up. And so cool -- great music, fun light, perfect experience. Finally and most importantly, the training. There was a three part class -- with a rigorous and well programmed warm up, a strength portion (bench press 5x6 at 70%) and a WOD. Two trainers broke down the movements, and demo-ed everything. As a bonus, Deniz and Tolga checked to make sure we were tracking with English translation. All in all, this is a GREAT box, and we had a fantastic time. We will be back upon a return trip to Izmir, and encourage all traveling CF-ers to drop in (50 TL), and enjoy this great community.

Was visiting from the US and got three workouts in this week. The place is nice, clean, and really quality wods. The people there tried to be helpful, though not many spoke English but I was able to work my way through just by watching. My only critique is that the times for the group classes do not match what’s found online so if you want to drop in you should either go early and expect to ask someone for class times or just plan to do your own workout during open gym. All in all, a good experience.
