Mr. Zafer has always been the best in the business. So again he does deliver an above and beyond in both service and quality of food in his own restaurant. Went on a week night- the place was packed. I went later and didn’t have reservations; the host was kind and quickly cleaned a table and sat me. I highly recommend reservations. The setting was loud, but the food was perfect. The calamari shines- I don’t know how, but it was unlike any calamari I’ve had/ really distinct taste, I’d go back just for that. The fish and salads were fresh and also tasty. All in all- very recommended.

I have been in turkey for two years and this is the best meze experience I have had here so far. Everything melts in your mouth. My favorite meze was grilled artichoke. Mr Burhan is an amazing server who clearly loves his job.

As a meyhane Owner , i would say one of the best three meyhane I have ever been in my life. Food , service, decor, atmosphere. Jerusalem Artichokes with sun flower seeds , labne. Ceviche with bass+ shrimps, warm greens with garlic and yogurt. Amazing selection of raki. Clean tables and clothes. I had one of the best experience. If I push to find something to say that would be Muzeyyen Senar music missing which might be only my personal thing. Thank you so much for keeping the tradition of meyhane culture. Was a fantastic night.

Food was okay but service wasn’t good. Waited 15 minutes for menu and once we had finished waited 20 minutes for the bill. Unfortunately won’t be going here again and definitely don’t recommend if you are planning a date night. Not impressed.

First time there few days ago great food , i really did enjoy it, waiters are attentive , overall a memorable experience

We loved this restaurant for the fresh fish, solid assortment of mezze, and great customer service. The fish is cooked simply on a grill with salt, olive oil, and side vegetables. It's a great way to enjoy the flavors of the seafood. I found that the outside is consistently blackened/crisp without overcooking the inside. I would recommend choosing the specific type of fish based on what they have in the display case on that day. Regarding customer service, although they were fully booked and we didn't have a reservation, the staff seated us anyway because we arrived early before the dinner rush. They took us into the back to look at mezze and today's fish, spending a long time to explain despite the language barrier.

Came here a second time particularly for the octopus. Other mezze were okay, nothing special in my opinion. But the octopus was phenomenal.

One of a string of seafood places along the waterfront. The waiter brings you back to the kitchen to view the mezze options and then walks you by the fish bin to pick out your meal from the daily catch. Enough said!

This is a good restaurant if you are in the heart of the city. They make good appetiters and the service is amazing. The people who serve are friendly, nice and thoughtfull. It is a good option to be in.

Best seafood in izmir

Well by Far the worst seafood restaurant in town! As you all know that TL now is not stable so for them to benefit from tourists (imagine a Menu without prices)!!! So me and my wife took a package for two ppl for 800 TL(3 cold appetizers, 3 hot appetizers and one small fish)! They gave me 20cl of Raki and two beer for her! Food was below average as the taste was very normal and the fish smell really weird as if its not fresh!

Excellent food and service. We had a sea bass for our party of 4 with a bottle of white wine. The guys made it for us perfectly, we listened to their recommendations. Excellent quality for the price ⭐️

Tertemiz masa örtülerinin üzerinde, lezzetli ve özenle hazırlanmış mezeler yiyebileceğiniz bir kordon balıkçısı. Özellikle garsonun ilgisi ve güleryüzünden çok memnun kaldık. Biz kordon klasiğinin aksine içecek olarak rakı yerine şarap tercih ettik, belki şarap menüsü biraz daha çeşitlendirilebilir diye düşündük. Levrek marinin asidi bir miktar fazla geldi, biraz daha hardal isterdi sanki. Olumsuz olarak yazabileceğim tek şey bu olur sanırım. Mekanın fiyatları kalitesine kıyasla gayet makul geldi, çok keyif aldık, kesinlikle tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz.

Everything was tasty and some mezzes very innovative. The owner mingles and chats with the crowd and even serves tea. Not too pricey for its location either.
