    This has to be the worst managed visa service in the World! A total disaster from trying to get an appointment online, to waiting for almost 5 hours- 5!!! just to drop off the documents and make the payment, to trying to get information from the staff!!! My elderly mom and dad had to wait Outside this place for their Italian visas, no seat nothing& in the summer heat, for 4 hours and another hour inside. Even the worst public sector offices provide Much better and humane treatment to people. This is a disgrace for every Consulate that choose to work with this company. You should do better!

    A very poorly managed organisation !! People wait outside (under the sun) for hours , especially elders suffer a lot. You can only enter inside at least 1 hour after your appointment time. So what’s the point for online appointment?? The behaviours of the staff is rude and unhelpful. I hope they will be treated similarly one day . If you guys want to improve your system please send independent auditors to assess it !!

    I am writing you regarding my passport delivery and visa Issue negligence by VFS GLOBAL IZMIR. My name is Muhammad Yasir Naeem, I applied for the Italian Visa on 17th June 2022 and after that I continuously tried to contact the VFS GLOBAL IZMIR about the status of my passport. They provided me the tracking number (ITIZ/170622/0019/01) that you can check the status of your passport. I was checking the status and contacting them during this period from June-September, 2022 via phone and email. They were so irresponsible that they didn’t provide the accurate information. Finally, I contacted Italian consulate Izmir they provided me information on 13th September 2022, that your visa was issued on 29th June 2022. After this information I again contacted VFS GLOBAL IZMIR they were again saying that your passport is with Italian consulate. It has been almost 3 months that I applied for the visa, and I received my passport on last Friday (16th September). My visa is going to expire on 28th September, 2022. I need to go for PhD research in Italy. They already wasted my time and money. I am writing here to kindly look into this matter seriously as VFS GLOBAL is completely responsible for this negligence. Additionally, It will be better to help me for putting my visa application again by considering my already paid fees and dues to VFS GLOBAL IZMIR. Please take into this matter seriously as I have to visit Italy for PhD research work. Hoping for a serious response.

    They were very unfriendly, unhelpful and too grumpy almost rude. They made us wait more than 5 hours even though we had an appointment. There was only one person working for our case. I wouldn’t recommend going there.

    I had an appointment for Italian visa in this office, this is the first and the last time i m going to this office !! Rude and very annoying woman was there for italian application. Honestly these kind of people just don’t fit with italians.

    I am talking to you the business owner / entrepenuer who thinks of opening a visa firm, do it and every single customer of VFS will be your customer! Couldn't have a worse experience than you have it here!!!! I wish there was an alternative, such a waste of time, energy and source of stress this firm is!! Rudeness is 10/10, Accessibility 0/10, No way of communication! They do not follow their own time tables, Hateful!!!

    If you still wanna go to abroad, don't waste your time with this firm. This is the worst firm I've ever seen. They lost my passport and it was my fault huh? Moreover, they didn't let me know when the process completed. I'd learned from embassy center.

    My friend had an appointment to apply for student visa. The VFS workers were completely rude! They offended my friend cause his nationality, laughed at him and refused to let him submit his documents. They even were rude to University teachers, which also were calling to get the status of visa appointment. I’m pretty sure, that workers will not be able to read this feedback, because, they do not speak English. They do not respect human rights, do not respect visitors time. Workers do not follow their own working schedule. Shame!

Evet randevum erken saatte olmasına rağmen saatlerce sıramın gelmesini bekledim fakat o yoğunlukta ve pandemi sürecinde bu beklendik bir durumdu. İzmir VFS şubesindeki çalışanlara güler yüzleri ve yardımları için çok teşekkür ederim. Bu kadar stresli bir dönemde vize başvurusu yaptığım şubedeki çalışanların sıcakkanlı olması stresimi biraz da olsa azalttığı için bu bence çok değerli :)

    Hello, we had an appointment for Netherlands visa at Izmir office for 13/07/2022. We first received and email stating Izmir office was closed until further notice. Then we received another email stating our appointment was rescheduled to 22/07/2022 due to public holidays in Turkey. Is it OK to go to Izmir office on 22/07/2022 to start our visa application? Does Izmir office accepting visa applications now? Is there any change to address and opening hours? Thank you.

    Many country application center.... France 🇫🇷 , Holland 🇳🇱 , Italy 🇮🇹 etc... When you want to travel to these countries from TÜRKİYE you have to apply for their visas.. with your sufficient documents you ll get a valid visa than you can travel any of them with one rule. Which country applied and get visa you have to travel first that country Than pass to the other schengen areas. Have a great journey...

    They are very professional, helpful, well-informed and polite. The only problem is VFS Global in Pasaport-İzmir is very small. There should be more staffs, more counters and big space just like the one in İstanbul. By this way, no one waits for a long time outside.
