writing

regarding
my
passport
delivery
and
visa
Issue
negligence
by
VFS
GLOBAL
IZMIR.
My
name
is
Muhammad
Yasir
Naeem,
I
applied
for
the
Italian
Visa
on
17th
June
2022
and
after
that
I
continuously
tried
to
contact
the
VFS
GLOBAL
IZMIR
about
the
status
of
my
passport.
They
provided
me
the
tracking
number
(ITIZ/170622/0019/01)
that
you
can
check
the
status
of
your
passport.
I
was
checking
the
status
and
contacting
them
during
this
period
from
June-September,
2022
via
phone
and
email.
They
were
so
irresponsible
that
they
didn’t
provide
the
accurate
information.
Finally,
I
contacted
Italian
consulate
Izmir
they
provided
me
information
on
13th
September
2022,
that
your
visa
was
issued
on
29th
June
2022.
After
this
information
I
again
contacted
VFS
GLOBAL
IZMIR
they
were
again
saying
that
your
passport
is
with
Italian
consulate.
It
has
been
almost
3
months
that
I
applied
for
the
visa,
and
I
received
my
passport
on
last
Friday
(16th
September).
My
visa
is
going
to
expire
on
28th
September,
2022.
I
need
to
go
for
PhD
research
in
Italy.
They
already
wasted
my
time
and
money.
I
am
writing
here
to
kindly
look
into
this
matter
seriously
as
VFS
GLOBAL
is
completely
responsible
for
this
negligence.
Additionally,
It
will
be
better
to
help
me
for
putting
my
visa
application
again
by
considering
my
already
paid
fees
and
dues
to
VFS
GLOBAL
IZMIR.
Please
take
into
this
matter
seriously
as
I
have
to
visit
Italy
for
PhD
research
work.
