The big billboard / menu says they offer lots of tea options with prices shown nearby, YET TEA WAS UNAVAILABLE! 3 times I went there – and 3 times tea was unavailable!! And it was not the language barrier (I know basic Turkish, and most of us have smartphones with Google Translate these days). The most disgusting part was that the "manager", whose name is SULEIMAN AKSU, did not really care about these simple, yet ESSENTIAL THINGS, like taking care of the billboards, menus, and (last, but not least) THE CLIENTS!!! There was only one employee there, who tried to speak English for the sake of international clients. If I remember correctly, her name was Maria. Others were TOO PROUDISH to even try to take care of a client, to speak English (although English is not my native language as well; and I learn Turkish because I'm travelling in Turkey). That is why only 1/5 stars! Hope they will improve one day!
