Probably one of the best meals we had in Turkey. The place does not look like much, just another corner restaurant in a busy street, however the fried fish is very tasty, and the service is quick and efficient. Prices are very affordable, a party if 5 paid about $30 including drinks. Bathroom are upstairs. There was no smoking stench, which we really appreciated. Servers speak sone rudimentary English, which was more than enough to order the food. One of the most affordable places we visited overall.

This was the best seafood experience I could expect while Izmir! The food is very delicious - I had a mixed place and the mules with rice filling, very delicious! The personnel are very hospitable and caring; they speak English and German. Very recommended!

Amazing food and great service. We had the combination platter (30TL ~ 5USD) and it was a great sampling platter. Fish was very fresh and delicious. I would definitely return to this place.

Extremely highly recommended! The place is definitely worth more than 5 stars! Located in the market, nice and relaxing atmosphere, spotless clean place with the most amazing fish ever. They do not have English menue but the manager will explain you all the dishes showing as well their pictures. We went there twice since after the first time we decided to come bask already next day for late lunch. All the dishes were excellent, perfectly cooked and seasoned. The price is very but very continent for such an amazing meals! For sure we will be back again before we will leave Izmir.

This is a nice seafood restaurant in the middle of the historical Kemeralti Carsisi marketplace near the equally historical Basdurak Camii or mosque. The food is fresh and delicious. I had fried squid and grilled whole fish. I think it was grouper. I do not speak Turkish but my server Fateh spoke perfect English and he helped me choose a fish from the fish market next door. The squid rings were soft and tender having just come out of the fryer. The fish was seasoned and grilled perfectly. The outside was slightly crispy but the flesh was moist, buttery and sweet. You can tell that the fish just came on the boat this morning. Good food good service good prices. A winning trifecta.
