Booked and paid deposit for surgery with a particular surgeon, who I have researched and followed many patients who have had amazing results. I was told who my surgeon was, so I was happy to pay. Due to personal reasons I have to wait until the end of the year for my surgery. Surgeon has now left Hermes. I do not want another surgeon I have no feedback of. I booked and paid with the promise of one doctor. Since asking for my deposit back as the can not give me the service I’m paying for, I’ve been blocked & ignored. I get things happen. But the customer service is absolutely appalling, if the service is like this pre op, I dread to think the service post op. I now have to set up a charge back with my bank to get my money back. Really disappointed with this company.

Do not under any circumstances go to this clinic. Waste of money, nerves and time!! On February 6, 2023, I was supposed to have an operation at this clinic. On February 5, I flew in from Germany, they met me, but placed me in a completely different clinic than was indicated in our contract.Preparation for the operation did not meet the minimum protocols. The operation was scheduled for 17.00, but for the whole day I was not given the opportunity to talk to the anesthetist. An anamnesis for anesthesia was collected by a girl who had no idea what the word cholecystectomy was and how this word was spelled in general. Several times I asked where the cash desk for paying for services for the operation, at the end a girl came to my ward, said that I had to pay her, without giving me any check. at 16.50 a girl from the office called me and said that you will be operated on not by the doctor with whom you previously did a video consultation, but by another other one, referring to the fact that my doctor fell ill. We contacted my doctor personally and he said that he had no health problems, and he had not been cooperating with this clinic for quite a long time. But the worst thing was that they confused the operation and prepared me for a completely different operation, and not for the one I needed. With a big scandal, they managed to take the principal amount from them, they also returned my advance payment in the amount of 310 euros to me. If someone cares, I can provide confirmation of each of my words.

Hospital was good but my experience with Hermes and their plastic surgery department has been extremely poor, their follow up and customer service is pretty much zero when things don't go to plan or you have a bad outcome after surgery. Things can go wrong or your outcome may not meet your expectations however they should take responsibility and support the people that have put their trust in them. Taking peoples hard earned money and not delivering is not okay. I have requested management to contact me on many occasions, I have Emile them and messaged on various platforms but no has gotten back to me. After care does not exist.

I had my dental treatment with Hermes Clinics. I chose them because they have explained exactly what I needed and were transparent about my estimated treatment plan and period of stay. I have had a bad experience before. However, all has been set correctly into the right treatment. Very happy, and I am returning for my 2nd and final visit.

I can't thank my surgeon Özgur Kemik and Hermes team enough! I had my sleeve done with them 2 months ago, I haven't had a single health issue since then. The care I received at the hospital was perfect, nurses and Hermes staff took good care of me during my stay there. Everybody I met was friendly. Even after I returned back, my rep has been checking up on me, asking about my well-being. Thank you!

If I could put 0 I would… STAY CLEAR!!!! All the company are concerned about is your money. They have awful communication and interested in booking people in… but not going ahead with what they promise. Other places are no longer working with this company, and you will get a different surgeon offered. There are many things under the service people do not see here. They will not refund any money, and are absolutely awful to deal with! AVOID!!! They state ‘they are a serious business’ yes, business side is correct, take take take, but do not give any contract etc. therefore once you’ve paid deposit - that is it. Greedy!!

I booked through Hermes to have a breast augmentation by Dr. Vugar after a recommendation. After seeing quite a few negative comments about the surgeon and the clinic i contacted Hermes with my concerns. They told one lie after another to me and a lot of others . They said they had stopped working with Dr vugar because he had made mistakes but then said i could still have him do my surgery!!! They have refused to give me my deposit back all they care about is money. I have seen a lot of horror stories involving this surgeon and the clinic where people have been disfigured for life and Hermes just don't care. Do not put your life in their hands.

I have always been struggling with my weight since I was 16. I finally decided to take an action yessss... I found Hermes on internet. My contact was lovely turkish girl with perfect english. I convinced my sis to come along . They didnt even charge for hotel double room extra. I have lost around 40 pounds and losing more till stabilisation. I had such a great experience with Hermes Clinics. From being picked up from airport, to their expertise and patience with a very nervous patient. I felt genuinely looked after and cared for. I was very nervous about getting any sort of treatment done in Turkey. My appointment was the day after I arrived. I ended up going with the zirconium crowns, I felt they would be a better fit for me. That day dentist started the treatment where they filed my teeth and put temps on. I couldn't feel them doing this which I was amazed about. My mouth was a little sensitive but not that bad. The second appointment was the fitting of my teeth, they do this and make sure your absolutely happy before they secure the veneers. My smile looks so natural and beautiful, I cannot stop smiling, its the best decision I have ever made.

If I could give a 0 out of 5 I would, my whole experience from this agency was a nightmare! From arriving to the airport I had to wait over an hour for someone to come and collect me (this was included in the package as a VIP transfer) the car that collected me was an old Renault with a missing rear bumper. Then arriving at the hotel, the reception said the Agency has booked me a single bed! I haven't slept in a single bed since I was 8 years old. The following day I get picked up to go the actual dentist clinic, where they first take X-rays, inspection and try to upsell you services. I got told I needed Botox, a night guard and a "deep clean" they charged me £200 pounds for this deep clean, when the treatment was carried out I quickly realised it was only a metal dentist hook which the dentist scraped in-between my 4 lower teeth. The whole process took less than 5 minutes, which anyone could do at home by flossing. I then had the stress of speaking to numerous people who worked at the company, Sarah, Burak and Can. Who I had to constantly argue with and explain that what they charged me wasn't worth the treatment I received. The "office bleaching" that was done did not have any effect on my teeth, I was then promised they would do an implant on the same visit, which I later on got told is impossible to do in one go. You can imagine what I had to go through to get the money back, I spend my whole 9 days in Turkey stressed to my eye balls arguing with these 3 people, anyway on my final visit to (the actual dentist clinic) which is called Nova, I finally seen the actual prices for the treatments, the so called "deep cleaning" they charged me £200 for, was actually only 40 euros. Hermes Clinic is an agency acting as middle men to take the customers to the Dentist Clinic (Nova) pay them the actual prices and pocket the rest as profit. PLEASE STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GO THROUGH WHAT I DID.

I have had 2 surgeries with Hermes clinics, one knee replacment, and one hip replacment. I have to say all the process was excellent from first contact to post op healing. Would recommend to anyone needing a high quality healthcare orthopedics treatment. Could not be happier with how agile I am becoming with my knew knee and hip. I am still in touch as my GP is in contact with my surgeon from Hermes. Thank you for the lifechanging procedure!

Be aware this clinic is a scam! I put a deposit and booked my surgery 3 months in advance with Dr. Vugar for May 4th. I arrived at the hospital the day before surgery and was taken by surprise when I was informed Dr. Vugar will not be performing my surgeries due to the hospital ending his contract. Then, I was taken to a hospital room and was informed I would meet with a new doctor. While waiting at the hospital, I was told different stories of why Dr. Vaugar was not performing my surgeries. These lies were that he was sick, hospital ended contract, that he was being sued, and lack of after care with patients. After sitting in the hospital for 5 hours waiting to meet the new doctor I tried to obtain reviews on the new doctor but the hospital staff could not confirm exactly who he was. So I decided to leave and the hospital physically tried to stop me from leaving. I contacted my coordinator Zeynyep and requested a full refund of my deposit due to the lack of communication and lies. However, I was informed no refund will be issued as the clinic provided a new doctor. I spent months of research on Dr. Vugar and do not want a doctor the clinic chooses for me. I’ve now come in contact with 15 other people who’ve just had the same issue. Apparently this clinic use to be called Get Slim and they change their name due to deaths. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CLINIC!!

İ have had All on 4 implants last summer with Hermes Clincs, and I am still astonished at how comfortable the whole procedure that Team performed was. Not only was it totally painless (honestly!) but the fit was perfect and within days I'd ceased to notice it. From start to finish I was given clear information about the procedure and the pricing, all in a very relaxed environment.

I had tummy tuck and lipo to my belly and arms. Stuff was lovely and worth to come all the way from Ireland. Love y'all guys. By belly got slimmer 3 sizes already. Looking forward to come for my teeth 😍

I wasn’t expecting that the treatment journey might be easy that much! I had my gastric bypass with Dr. Samet Yardimsi ,it was obvious that he is professional in his field. My consultant Zeynep was really kind and helpfull, I had concers about the procedure but she explained everyting to me clearly one by one ,thanks for her patience and medical knowledge. I would highly recommend Hermes clinics to anyone in need of his specialities. I have also recommended him to a few of my friends who have equally been extremely happy with their treatment and outcomes.

Negative experience. The service in this clinic is below zero. I spoke with clinic for an operation, which I soon regretted. I could not really get information about the operation, they answered after my 10 times asking. I didn't get any before and after photos. But giving them a chance, I still paid the advance, after which they disappeared. The operation was scheduled for the end of February, but during February no one wrote to me, did not find out when I was arriving at all, what flight, although the transfer was included in the amount I paid. Also on the day of the operation, they did not even write and did not find out where I was and why I was not there. Exactly after receiving a deposit from me, they disappeared. Therefore, the big question is whether they were going to do the operation for me at all.

Hermes has been fantastic from start to finish during my sleeve process. Given us advice when needed and always at our disposal . Made me feel so comfortable from arrival at airport right through my whole stay. Could not recommend enough!!

From the minute I contacted Hermes Clinics I felt I had made the right decision. Everything was taken care of and they made me totally relaxed through the whole process. Im very happy with my results and the way I was taken care of.

I recently used VIP transfers for my business trip and I was blown away by the level of service. The driver was punctual, professional, and courteous. The car was clean and comfortable, and the ride was smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend VIP transfers for anyone looking for a top-notch transportation experience.

Unsatisfactory result. I determined in detail what the procedures would be, I determined the price and I had to make two visits. From the first visit they changed the plan, they asked me for more money, although two implans were not made according to the initial plan, they no longer recognized what they promised, they did not listen to what I wanted as a result and I was disappointed by result. I was not given the guarantee (I was promised the certificate, but they never gave it to me). I also paid an advance for an aesthetic operation and although I refuse to do it after this experience , and they refuse to give me the money back. I don't recommend!!!!

I've had my crowns done with Hermes last year in İzmir. Loved the crew and my dentist. She was such a caring lady explained all the process taking care of my concerns. I wasn't aware that some problem with my teeth and my gums, hopefully they also managed to fix them. The hotel I stayed was at the center of the city and had pretty much time to explore the touristic sites and all during my crowns were done. I would recommend to come with a companion to enjoy the city together!

Had my gastric sleeve done 2 weeks ago and I definitely recommend them. From the booking with Faith and Gozde to my experience at Medical Park hospital everything was smooth, all the staff at the hospital took good care of me, never left me alone. My doctor Samet was friendly and explained what would happen in details to relieve my anxiety. My surgery was a success, and post-op was easy. Would definitely recommend them!

Terrible company would not recommend to anyone. They made zirconium crowns after all the payments in the amount of 6000 pounds, they took a debt of 1600 pounds from somewhere, quarreled with them for 3 days, it turned out that they owed nothing. After all they charged another £1,000 for the procedures which were included in the price. the dentists are very good, but the Hermes middleman is terrible.

My drain came out of my abdomen after surgery. Surgeon refused to put back. I also had teeth made for my dental implants and they broke immediately. I returned to us and had immediate emergency surgery Never book with this clinic!!

If I could give a zero I would, Do not book with this company ! They are after your money. They do not care about you once they have that. I received no terms and conditions on booking, the communication has been horrendous and the attitude even worse. My sales co-ordination lady even left too because she couldn’t take the company any longer ! Please book else where do not get bodged by these !

My experience with Hermes has been nothing short of amazing. I'm 2 weeks post op and have already lost 9 KG. The hospital was enormous and very well prepared. The staff, my surgeon and transfers were all great. 5* service.

My sister and I traveled to Turkey last month for our surgeries. She had plastics and I had the gastric sleeve. Everything from start to finish was lovely and I really enjoyed my time here. The aftercare is great too, they been checking up on me and my sister and following our recovery. Absolutely recommend to anyone who is thinking treatment in Turkey.
