Nice restaurant with an amazing view. Prices are high (expect 150 - 250 usd for a 2 people dinner) but is almost worth it. Food and drinks are absolutely great. The staff was kind and willing to help, except for the hostess. She was rude when we asked to be changed to another table, later we got changed so a complete lack of service attitude from her.

Very pleasantly surprised by our experience at Ling Ling after reading some uneven reviews on here. As everyone else has said, the space is absolutely beautiful, even before taking the view into account. Every corner is well thought through and lovely, that in and of itself is enough to warrant a visit. But, the food was actually quite good for us as well - the short ribs were super tasty, best short rib sauce I’ve had in awhile. The lettuce wraps were good, nothing spectacular, but certainly good. The wagyu dumplings were delicious (though could have used a little more sauce), and the rolls we had were nice. The drinks were also great, though we had fairly basic stuff…they were just done well (though we asked for the best tequila, and that was $50 a shot…which we probably would have avoided had we known). The only annoying thing for us was that they allowed smoking in the main dining area…it wasn’t a ton, but two guys were smoking near us, inside, which definitely took away from the flavor and pleasant atmosphere…I’d definitely come back if this place would limit smoking just to the outside or some isolated area…

The food is good but could be better. The plates need to be placed in a hot plate or kept warm because the food gets cold too quickly. The views are fantastic and the decor is amazing. The service is very polite but not efficient at all and the drinks are lacking. Will go back in a few weeks to check for improvement. Also I heard it’s great as a place to go for drinks, will have to try…

The decor is amazing, as well as the view - trees, perfect lighting and style. About the food: the calamari salad was the best among all 4 items. However, the salmon temaki lacked flavor and was too tiny, and the dessert had too much sugar - it tasted better without the passionfruit jam on the top. The cocktail of gin and tea was great and balanced. Unfortunately, my waiter was a bit dull and lacked courtesy. It seemed he just wanted it to be over to accommodate the next client. Overall fine, but I had too many and high expectations, I guess. Thanks.

This restaurant is located in 56th floor at Chapultepec Tower in Mexico City. Restaurant environment is very nice. View to the city is just amazing. Quality of the meal is just top. And service is also top level. This is great option for nice celebration dinner. If one goes at early dinner music is nice and not noisy so conversations are just very comfortable. Although, I have great experience once there. The "bad" is to try to make a reservation directly to the restaurant. Hostess needs training to deliver good experience by phone... it is so difficult to have that person give you options when trying to make a reservation. And just there, one realizes about empty tables! Everything else was just excellent.

Great view and atmosphere! I didn’t have a reservation for a late lunch and it wasn’t too busy today, so we were able to get a table; however, it was next to the bar and I didn’t like the location… I walked around the restaurant and saw a few empty tables with better views of the city and asked management if we could be moved; they were kind and professional and moved us to a better location after reviewing if any tables had canceled, though I did see quiet a few empty tables, I’m not sure why we weren’t given those tables at first… overall the food and drinks were great! I’m giving it a 4 star review because at first I didn’t have a great experience with the hostess because she didn’t have friendly demeanor.

WOW, such an amazing restaurant. This place is AMAZING, so pretty, so aesthetic, at the top of one of the tallest buildings in Mexico City. What wins at this restaurant is the drinks. One of the best cocktails I have tried here and very reasonably priced! I am shocked for the drinks to be adequately priced here and for the quality, this can't be beat. The food however is on the pricier side but still great! I ordered the shrimp tempura sushi and WOW. So good! The drinks still made my night, as well as the amazing view. The restrooms were especially so pretty and very aesthetic. However, the service was not the best though. We got a waiter that was very rude and was not in the mood to serve us. He was especially rude taking our order and very arrogant. The service did improve but first impressions are so important. I could rate it 5 stars but the service is what broke it. I feel it was a one off and I could see that the rest of the servers were more attentive. Such an amazing restaurant and the ambiance was on point, especially the views, the aesthetic of the place and the music. A must try in CDMX!

Massive space with great design and views. Did an early dinner here and found the service spotty and a bit rushed. Food was good but not amazing. Wine steward was my favorite and she really knew her stuff. Waiter at end of meal was super aggressive on getting a Google review with his name on it ?! Next time I’d just go straight to the bar.

First day in town and we hit up this amazing location. Highly recommend this bar and restaurant. With its expansive views of Chapultepec park and its phenomenal cocktails and food, it is surely one of our favourite places.

The place is absolutely stunning with great ambiance. Though my boyfriend made a reservation 5 days prior, we had to wait for an HOUR AND A HALF for our table, after about 45 min of waiting the hostess told us our table was a high top in the middle of the first room which seemed more appropriate for friends catching up than an intimidate date…just not the service I would expect from one of the best restaurants in the city. Finally we were sat with a spectacular view of the city. Cocktails were great, food was rather lacking for the price, except for the tuna tartare which was a delicious explosion of flavors. Our waiter seemed to be in a hurry the whole time. Overall good experience, will return for a sunset dinner to give it a second chance!

AMAZING VIBE….. this place is gorgeous. Stunning view of the entire city. We came at the perfect time, just before the sunset. Then the city lights came on and inside lit up. So beautiful…… service was on point our server Arturo was so kind, helpful, professional and attentive. He recommended so many great dishes. The dumplings were so good!

Ivan & Hector provided great service. They were attentive, provided recommendations and even took photos for us. The restaurant is gorgeous - everything from the entrance to the bathroom was amazing.

Food, service and ambiance was unmatched!! The view is absolutely beautiful and the vibe is perfect! Alan and Joshua were great and very accommodating! Recommend to anyone coming to Mexico City for a great dinner.

Amazing view Good food even if a couple of dishes were not available Even if calling and notifying by phone table was given away since we arrived 20 minutes late. With notice ( not a no show) there should be more flexibility garantii g the table and just reducing the slot for the guest, we stayd first hour on the bar waiting for table. Other than this view is amazing

Highly recommend this amazing restaurant the atmosphere is wonderful. The food is out of this world. The customer service is immaculate. Mario and Antonio went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even surprise us with a beautiful dessert. We will be back everytime we visit Mexico City. I wish we had this beautiful restaurant along with the wonderful customer service in Las Vegas, NV.

Beautiful view, good food, great service. Hot and Sour soup was really strong in flavor and refreshing after previous night with tequila. The best from our selection of dishes was grilled sechuan beef. But that's easy because it's a great piece of meat. The rest was all good (roasted duck, black pepper beef and kung pao) but I wasn't amazed as I expected I would be based on the recommendations. Maybe those were bad choices but I had a feeling I can get the same or even better dish in every second asian bistro... What is really great is the whole place itself. The design of the interior is stunning. And of course the view, that's something which you can get in every second asian bistro...

Ling Ling was the nicest experience. The service we received from Fernando B and staff went above and beyond. The food was delicious and better than expected. The view was phenomenal and not the only reason to visit. I would recommend coming on a date or with friends. Will return every visit to CDMX.

Amazing. Hands down amazing and delicious food. Missed the reservation and staff made a fuss about it but got seated at the bar and that was actually better in my opinion. The view was fantastic and food and drinks were amazing.

Awesome views and interior design. A great place to impress out of town guests or have a business meeting or date. Food is nothing incredible, but it is a fun atmosphere. Overpriced for the quality of the food, but that isn’t surprising considering it is the top floor of Ritz Carlton.

Went there for my birthday. Showed up without a reservation. They were able to get us seated fairly quickly but we did have to wait awhile in the cocktail lounge. The drinks were amazing. The ambiance was stellar. All and all a good experience. The food was good but for the environment, price and it being upscale I left wanting more out of the food.

A one of a kind, phenomenal dining experience. Not only is the aesthetic breathtaking, but the food is sooooo good! Fernando and his team were the sweetest hosts for the night, incredibly warm and welcoming. My new favorite restaurant in CDMX!

Essentially, you are paying for the experience. The food is good but you can get the same type of food elsewhere. It's not unique in taste or presentation, I've had better XLB and sushis. The servers were attentive, I just didn't like that they were pushy with adding a google review. The view is incredible, I'm visiting the city and just getting a nice bird's eye view of the city is pretty cool, but with food that is too expensive.

Rodrigo and Fernando were awesome at service, thanks a lot to them. The complete package is perfect and also really pricey. So I can definitely recommend it to everybody who has a good taste

I made a reservation for the terrace it took about an hour and a half wait to get to the terrace I did have the options before hand to sit at the bar and wait or be seated at a table I choose to wait at the bar due to the fact that I wanted to enjoy the view. I had about three drinks and they were amazing I finished my last drink at the terrace with an amazing view. I do want to say make sure you’re ready to wait. I did enjoy the drinks and the atmosphere. The manager did come to apologize for the long wait due to the fact that they have no way of managing how long guest take. It was fine I totally understood! The view from the terrace is breathtaking Im so glad I was able to enjoy my last drink there.

My friend recommended this spot to me and I highly recommend. The ambiance, the energy, the people, the food—all stellar. The servers provided a level of service out of this world. Fernando was my favorite. He made sure we were all taken care of and the service was super quick. Views are also stunning from h this place. If you’re ever nearby I recommend stopping by for a good time. Also, eat the scorpion! I did it and I didn’t regret it at all!

The service was excellent! From the person who greets us at reception to our server. Everyone was very kind and attentive. Antonio, our server was very helpful and nice. Everything we ordered was delicious, including drinks and dessert. And to top it all off it has the best view of the city. 100% recommended

Came here for NYE and they did not disappoint. The food was good - not great but I think it’s because they were cooking in bulk. I’m sure another night it’d be amazing. However the service, ambience, and vibe were incredible. Worth the price point for a fancy night out!

The restaurant is great to simply go and see it. The interior decoration is absolutely beautiful and the views of Mexico City are insane. The food and drinks are also great! Would recommend for special occasions.

The place is beautiful, perfect city view. The food is good. The wagyu gyozas are delicious. Loved the chocolate cake. The restaurant has a good ambience, perfect to have a good time. I’ll return but mainly for the dessert and ambiance.
