I had an appointment with Dr. Ostrowski, I wanted to receive a referral for a free flu vaccination because I am 73 years old and I am entitled to it, but the doctor had a problem with what vaccine it should be. He required me to provide the name of the vaccine, but that was not all. Upon request, a referral for a basic blood count test - he refused. He was very unpleasant. He demanded all the test results as to what I was suffering from, and it was all in the patient's card and on the computer which he was staring at all the time. More and more "better" doctors are employed in this clinic, which is a pity because great doctors, such as Dr. Marciniak, are running away. The ladies at the registration desk also chat and chat, and it is difficult to reach them by phone. I wonder what the management and owners of the clinic have to say about this opinion???? Ladies and Gentlemen - I do not recommend this clinic, which I have been going to for over 10 years and I can see changes for the worse. You need to quickly change not the doctor but the clinic, and there are others around with quite a good reputation.

The doctor forces teleconsultations, today she didn't want to listen to me because I made an appointment right away at the clinic (I have a Covid passport). She was rude and didn't care why I came. "You have an urgent problem, you should have gone to the emergency room." This is not what an internist's care should look like. I confirm other opinions, I still can't reach you by phone. You can't perform the ordered tests because you have to make an appointment to the laboratory by phone, which is impossible because no one answers the phone!

The quality of service has dropped significantly since Dr. Skubik stopped working. At the moment there are two doctors - Dr. Wojtkowska, unpleasant and unhelpful, the problem is to get a referral for basic blood tests - even a check-up once a year, or even less often. Dr. Marciniak is often late, a little crazy, but positive, and there are always queues to see him. One star for the ladies at the reception answering phones. The second star is for the ability to order a prescription for permanent medications online. If it continues like this, unfortunately I will have to change clinics after 15 years.

The facility reports available vaccination dates and on the same day it turns out that there are no vaccines available. The lady on the phone didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, she just tried to explain to me that I was weird for expecting that when we made an appointment, they should know whether they had vaccines or not.

My case required quick help and intervention. The ladies at the registration desk made every effort to help me. The new doctor showed commitment and empathy. Unfortunately, the problem of lack of doctors concerns the entire Warsaw, not just this one clinic. I recommend !

1 internist for the entire facility. The lady at the registration desk first says that there is no schedule for October. please call at the beginning of the month. Today the lady says to call me at the end of the week. Terrible service.
