We made an appointment for 18:30 with pediatrician. We spent 1 hour waiting with sick child, at the end receptionist told us that our visit was rescheduled but we were not informed in advance. And no one even said sorry for this. Awful service!

So far, we have used various specialists at MediPark (orthopedist, pediatrician, neurologist, nephrologist) and we have always been satisfied with the specialists' services. Qualified, empathetic, helpful, the diagnoses were spot on. Unfortunately, after the last visit to the pediatrician, Dr. Gzik, we are very disappointed. We were met with lack of respect, lack of diagnosis, rudeness and malice. Since MediPark also has "such specialists", we will definitely think carefully next time whether we want to pay for such stress.

My review is limited to one single doctor, Dr n. med. Jacek Skiendzielewski, pediatric cardiologist. Dr Skiendzielewski has proven to be (for my family) a fantastic doctor who does his job professionally, is highly knowledgeable and would never alarm parents with non-existent problems nor make them go for check ups if not truly necessary. He literally tells parents that there is no need to visit him again if the issue doesn’t need further attention. This act alone says a lot about his professionalism, ethical and moral integrity, and honest care not just for pediatric patients but for parents/guardians too. In addition, his english is perfect. Thus, I highly recommend Dr. Skiendzielewski for either specific pediatric cardiological issues or just for a regular yearly cardiological check.
