The Shree Krishna Mandir in Nigdi, Pune, is a basic but attractive setting. This temple is a replication of the famous Guruvayoor Shri Krishna temple, and it is built in the style of southern architecture. For Keralites living in Pune, it's a beautiful place of worship with a lot of nostalgia.

On the old Mumbai -Pune Highway, located in Nigdi Gaothan, lies Shree Krishna Mandir. It's one of the best temples in the PCMC area. Accessibility: Via PCMC Bus at Nigdi Bus Stop ( Anna Saheb Bus Terminal), Auto Rickshawsand Nigdi old bus stop. Ample parking space for two, three, and four wheelers vehicles. The temple premisis has an entrance with proper gate and security. We have the place to keep footwear and wash the feet before entering the main temple. The main temple has the idol of Lord Krishna situated in the inner sanctum. Every ritual related to the temple is done as per the religious scripture. The temple has Navagraha (Nine Planets) idols, Naga Idols, Ganapati ( Ganeshji), Hanuman, Aayyappa Swami, Devi Idols. If the devotees want, they can offer various pujas, special pujas, Rathosthava ( Chariot procession with Lord Krishna situated on it). Also, there is a big hall, functions like marriage, naming ceremony, etc. Can be held. It's one of the best maintained temples in all aspects, cleanliness, rituals, and maintenance. || Krishnam Vande Jagatgurum ||

Very nice temple. One must visit atleast once a year. Very neat , clean well maintained, Good administration though controlled by ८ Maths as per paryaya. Food served to all pilgrims at free of cost . Many school children visit & are benifitted lunch & dinner facilities in big volumes. Food is never short. That's the reason Srikrishna temple is Annabramha in South. Well connected to surrounding beutiful locations like beach , temples, natural scenic placed etc.

One of the most beautiful south Indian temples is located in Nigidi, Pune. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shri Krishna. Early morning or late evening dharshan is what I recommend for its great vibe and positive feel.

A beautiful "south indian" temple in Pune. There are many small temples around the main temple. Compound of temple is big enough to mark dozens of cars. Everything aspects (murti/statue, temple architecture and color, retual, etc.) has south indian touch.

Dedicated to Hindu Lord Krishna,  Krishna Mandir in Pune is located in Bhakti-Shakti chowk (circle) and near Nigdi Octroi Naka in old Mumbai-Pune Road. The temple has a kind of feel and ambience of a temple in Kerela. The sandalwood scented "tilak" distributed by the priests and melodious music adds to the piousness of the temple. It is built in Gopuram style of architecture with tiled roofs. For those who want to offer ' prasad', to the deity can purchase from the pooja counter and make their offering. The Prasadam offerings include some authentic Kerala preparations like Appam, Payasams, Laddoos etc. The temple provides ample parking space for visitors, so there is no hassle of bringing your personal vehicle. Timings 5–11:30am, & 5–8:30pm

Built in the 90th it is the oldest south indian style sculptured, beautifully designed Shri krishna temple with many sub temples in its compound. Kartikeya is special to mention, or otherwise we have to go to Parvati. Chandanas 'gandh' you will never forget once you apply here is really special ground manually by hand with original sandalwood. It is pride PCMC. Annachatra is here provided you visit in its time. A mesmerizing experience, must visit.
