I cannot believe the positive reviews being left. If you decide to stay you will see for yourself, this hotel is NOT cheap and it’s absolutely ridiculous. They do not serve hot food. A hotel with no hot food? Minus a buffet which they put on in the late evening and the food is stale. I never leave negative reviews but this time I have no choice. I have been living in Dubai for 3 years I came here for a break from work and I was disgusted. I was the only person at the pool surprise surprise , this hotel need to work on their hospitality and menu firstly - there’s no room service at all and some of the staff barely speak a word of English which is very strange for Dubai. The facilities themselves are not the cleanest they just have nice interior. I genuinely would avoid this hotel it’s really not worth the money and there’s smaller priced hotels in Dubai offering first class service. - best part about my stay was the lovely Nigerian cleaner who appeared to not be treated with much respect by the hotel so I made it my duty to ensure she was ok on the daily basis. AVOID. - they would need to refund me my entire 2 week stay to remove this review the experience was dreadful.

The place is not so busy and relaxing. The food is amazing and delicious. The staff are nice! We stayed at this hotel twice and encountered the same person at the front desk. Welbet is very helpful, nice, and always smiling. I like to commend him for being professional and knowledgeable. We will surely stay here again. 😊

The location was very convenient to the main city, staff, hotel appearance was beyond satisfaction. The security Hussein presence in the lobby provided additional comfort as far as safety was concerned. The room provided was very clean. The hotel staff was very welcoming and exhibited upmost professionalism. As a frequent traveler in Dubai, I will certainly and most definitely choose this hotel as my future stay.Rated 9+

Friendly and accommodating staff members, who went far beyond their means to provide for the guests, rooms were spacious and spotless, this truly felt like a home away from home. Overall all the staff were brilliant but a few were more noticeable than others. Rashmi & Mona, at the front desk, were very informative and helpful whenever we needed assistance. Mani the housekeeper, very good at his job left my room spotless on a daily basis. Now onto the hospitality team, Cherry, greeted us every day for breakfast with the biggest smile on her face she made us feel so welcome and made sure we were seated. Ajay & Kiran the waiters, made sure we were well accommodated and kept asking us if we needed anything, they were very attentive Simon the chef, had daily talks with him while he prepared my omelettes, remembered conversations we previously would have and carried it on the next day.. Very friendly individual. Last but not least the lifeguard team, who I would see helping individuals how to swim & encouraging them to get into the water. My final words are that this was indeed a 5-star experience if I could rate it higher I would, and will definitely be returning in the future. - Sunil & family

Most amazing hotel, I and some friends had a very fun time. There is a lot of help. From the reception, especially sorry, I did not remember the name. Come on, the nationality is Syrian, but she helped us completely and was more than wonderful in providing assistance. Wonderful room. Swimming pool and the staff there are much more wonderful. Room service too. and a plan to return again. Thank you Rotana and those in charge of it.!!!

Very accommodating and helpful staffs. They are quick to provide the needs/request of their guests. Very polite 🤩 especially Ms. Mona? (I forgot her name 😌) - one of the hotel receptionist. The hotel is too clean, the scent is so relaxing (is anyone can advise the scent that Rotana, Al Jaddaf is using? 😁) All in all, one of the best staycation. 🥳🤩

We had the pleasure of staying in a suite on Sep 29. Our entire experience was nothing short of extraordinary, from the moment we checked in to the moment we reluctantly left. We'd like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mona for welcoming us graciously, as well as to the other hotel and valet staff. The only downside to our otherwise perfect stay was the unfortunate loss of my sunglasses. I'm keeping my fingers crossed in the hope of receiving an email with good news about them. Nevertheless, we wholeheartedly recommend this establishment, and without a doubt, we look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel is nice with good size of the rooms and a great location. I have a concern about housekeeping services as I am still staying at the hotel for at least two months . I have requested many times and I explained to them . Requested to talk to the manager who confirmed to me they will do their best . Unfortunately you have to keep asking and remind them about the timing and the services itself !cleaning is a joke ! It’s really bad . We’re paying a lot of money but not to mop our floor with only water . The bathrooms also not cleaned properly not even using the right cleaning products. Even vacuuming the floor is a complete disaster . Corners in the house never cleaned .the dishes which are from the hotel they don’t clean it . Another thing is the delivery from outside is real a hassle . You have to go down to take the food . Even they let grocery and take it up to you but you will receive 100 calls before it reaches out ! It’s a shame that these things that can be improved if serious management decisions will be taken .

Hareesh is very polite, professional and helpful. I have been in the apartment for 6 months already and everything is unremarkable from the valet boys to housekeeping and management. Highly recommended hotel for short or long stay. Besides the facilities are top luxury 👍

This far I have had an excellent stay at the hotel! The facilities are clean and comfortable, and the staff, who all know me as Mr John, are friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciated the kindness shown by Tanzell and Ehsan, the cleaners. I met them both just now and they are thoughtful and made my stay even more pleasant. The hotel is beautiful with great amenities and a great location. The service is great and consistent. The rooms are very spacious and modern with great open layouts. The housekeeping staff is very professional and personable. Jenna, Vinay, Somash, and Dinesh from housekeeping are the best and ensure that the room is always clean and we are comfortable staying here as long term stay guests. 5 star luxury living at its best. My wife and I love living here. I highly recommend it.

Nice hotel and nice service all staff are good and kind specially housekeeping named Maya and Kabi they're cleaning our room very well. Cleanliness is up to standard. I didn't stay at the hotel but I had dinner a couple of times in its bar, the List Bar. The food is not cheap for sure, but delicious and in line with the standards for the category. The strong point is definitely the staff: Sociable and friendly, kind, helpful, elegant and professional beyond measure. Special thanks to Recheal and Sylvia for your warm welcome and hospitality, you made me feel immediately at home. If I'll be in the area again I'll definitely come back.

This is one of the best services I’ve received in hotels !! And I’m a big traveler . The cleanings services did a fantastic job and always listened to our needs . Ali and Talha made our stay very memorable, they kept it professional and very distinctive! They made sure we never needed nothing ! Amazing staff they are !

So great hotel. The rooms were amazing. Some minor issues only I faced: the Arabic staff weren’t professional (there were so many empty rooms in the highest floors, the receptionist said non was available, the parking staff I asked them to park the car in the underground because my car was washed and cleaned, I don’t want to park it under the tree, the lied and I had birds pooped on it, and so mini incident with them. 2nd is the dinner which is limited menu many times. 3rd was the noise on Friday night only from the restaurant. You can hear it till 12 am regardless of your need to sleep. One last thing was the shower, why if someone flushes the toilet l, the temperature change!!! No idea. Other than that I Will recommend it for everyone.

Staying here longer term, been here over a month now. Facilities and the staff have all been fantastic. Shout-out to Aly and his team who have all gone above and beyond to make things comfortable, appreciate the extra tissues when I was working!

Lea and Somesh is the housekeeper during our stay. They clean well the room and tidy. Supervisor Mark come and double check the room and ensure that the room cleaned well. The room cleanliness is superb. Housekeeping staff are helpful and kind to us. We will recommend the hotel to others.

We stayed for couple of days to see my sisters and relatives and it was exceptional! Welbert on Front desk did an amazing job! The check in with him was smooth and everything was explained right. He answered our questions with confidence and gave us the impression that he really cares about us and he genuinely made us felt home and welcomed! We also had our breakfasts in their restaurant and goodness it was great! This was our second hotel for this trip and Al Jaddaf Rotana made it to our top list! We are surely staying again!!!

Stayed here for the first time and it’s such an amazing hotel! I’ve stayed in many hotels in NA and Europe and this is by far the hotel that stood out the most. Customer service was great, and Gheith at the front desk was exceptional - very polite, courteous and accommodating! Naseem was also very helpful. Will surely stay here again when I’m back in Dubai.

I stayed in Dubai for Business trip for 3 days, and i booked in this hotel. The rooms are spotless and neat, the Supervisor named Louie is superb and nice. Overall i could say it recommendable for anyone who wants to stat in a short of long vacation.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We stayed for one night for a friends birthday, we stayed in a studio apartment and they delivered a birthday cake in the room. My friend had a massage which was amazing and we spent time in the jacuzzi. The room and the hotel was incredible and modern. We hope to come back soon.

Beautiful hotel in a great location not far from airport. Lovely welcoming staff who could not have been more helpful as we arrived very early in the morning & thankfully our room was available. The room was extremely clean, spacious & very comfortable & breakfast selection was fantastic with a great mix of healthy options as well as cooked for you. We also utilised the pool & gym & the services offered by the in-house tour company to arrange our evening tour. Could not be happier with our first experience visiting Dubai - we will be back!

Travelling with small kids, I booked a Family Interconnecting rooms and paid higher directly through rotana website for their "Romantic Escape package". Sent a reminder email before check-in about my arrival. Alas, no 2 rooms connected nor on the same floor. Although next room upgrade category was included in my package i was forced to buy it! Same thing happened when I requested in room breakfast and there was no high tea setup in the room either. The rooms were modern & spacious but their front desk staff really need training about what package their guests are booking & honor it.

I have been living here in Rotana Hotel for 2-3 years and I have to point out the amazing and well deserved hospitality and services provided by the members, especially the housekeeping. A Egyptian staff from the housekeeping named Ali is one of the best and most amazing person I have met in all my years of living in hotels of 15 years. His work and leadership shows how much effort and dedication Ali puts into his job. Finally, I would like to end this by saying, if your coming to Dubai for a vacation, I would definitely recommend staying in Rotana hence it’s beneficial location is right in the heart of Dubai.

Recently I been there in List bar of Rotana Al jaddaf. My experience was amazing. Personally impressed by Manger Shivam. Cocktails I tried is just amazing. His behaviour is very hospitable. Recommend it to everyone as a place to spend a night with friends and family.
