It's unbelievable that they have 10 contact numbers and not a single one has an operator to pick up phone calls. They're not a candy shop that sells $1 candy bars, they sell very expensive equipment and at least basic support should be provided. I ordered the camera using their website, but it arrived malfunctioning and there's no single way to contact them and request a return. Very unprofessional and disappointing. After calling multiple numbers for 2 days, and not a single answered call, they managed to "notice a missed call" and call me back. I was pointed to a 3rd party service center to service a new camera that arrived faultily. So instead of replacing the faulty camera on arrival, I have to send it to a service center.

I sent my canon camera 2 years ago for a small missing part in Dubai’s service center and till now I didn’t get it!! I keep calling and they promise they’ll deliver within a week or so then weeks passes by and no reply from them, they even refuse to send me an email confirming delivery time! I was nice enough to give them many chances but now I just had enough and filed a complaint in consumer protection,, worst service ever they made me lose many projects!

Ordered one CANON LP-E19 BATTERY from Canon webstore, but the delivery is just like nothing. Four days already, within Dubai, no any information, no update, even no contact number from Canon Official website.

Amazed to see such bad quality one star rating for such a big company by many customers. Same as everyone wrote "they don't bother to reply over email or phone call or ticketing system ". My brand new printer worth of 1300 Aed hardly ran for 5 months and shows sensor error. I have raised Ticket No. 834411 and numerous follow up via email and not a single reply so far. Does any one knows where to escalate such behaviour? Any lead on escalation email will be a great help.

I’m just amazed on even how this is a successful company to began with! I have been contacting Canon Team for the past 2 weeks regarding a very small component( inner finisher) but all I got is lies after lie! They even don’t care anymore 😢 and lie straight to your face! I tried to walk in in their office in internet city, believe me the security didn’t let me in to the office without an appointment nevertheless he didn’t even tried to contact the receptionist to see if they can attend me! I’m so done with this brand! We have now stuck with the Printer worth 20,000/= dirhams without Inner finisher! I will never EVER recommend this brand to any COMPANY EVER! And for the record there is no 0 star to rate you

Sad Canons Middle East headquarters is the least exciting HQ you can imagine. Surez the have a nice seminar area and such. But I didn't see anyone smiling. Guess working conditions here aren't too fantastic. #canon.

MB 2140 printer takes 5 mins to scan each page over WiFi. If time is limited for you I suggest you look at other brands
