I understand that there may be space at a particular parcel office (although the competition has this figured out too), but that they will drop the parcel at the farthest post office, even if you have another 2 much closer to the house where parcel services normally work, plus another 20 or so parcel offices . On top of everything, the post office with completely tragic opening hours only within the working hours of most people and completely different from the selected parcel office, so I don't care. I myself would never order a package for this post office, or rather I simply did not order such a service. But you won't get a choice and you can't move the package. I won't be using the service again, and I'm definitely not the only one who had fun. Czech Post is simply one big disappointment, including all sub-services. Choose anything else but the packing house. Even one star is a lot.

The package ended up at the Brno main post office instead of the delivery point. The reason is full capacity. Interesting that PPL has a Parcel Shop in the same location and they ran out of capacity at the same time. So thanks for a pleasant 20 minutes in the queue in front of the post office and never again.

No one called me, they didn't respond to my email. Then I found out that the package was sent back because I didn't pick it up. Why probably! Only after a very angry e-mail did they get back to me saying that my complaint is being processed. Another time passed and still nothing. Neither compensation nor apology. Horror, horror!
