Upon entering this clinic, which is on the east side of downtown, across from Gulf gate shopping center, it's in a strip mall. The clinic was clean in the lobby...the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. After a wait of about 20 minutes the patient was called in. After a few minutes of waiting the Dr came in...very professional and courtes. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

My experience at the doctors clinic was very helpful and took care of a lot of stress I had going on from my injury. Dr.C and Shakira are the perfect team how they handle patients with sincerity. I would recommend them and would continue to give them my business in the future.

I just want to say that I was well taken care of at this clinic. Ms. Cindy and Ms. Veronica never left my side when I was doing exercises, and kept checking checking on me at all times. The staff are very friendly specially Cindy and Veronica they always treat me so kindly, I love the atmosphere here, the drs are super nice and gentle and if I have to return again in the future I like to be there with them

My experience here was super awesome!! Shakira was very helpful with showing me my exercises and adjusting my appointments when needed. Dr.C also made me feel super comfortable and relaxed when it came to adjusting my my neck and the relief of pain in my shoulder. Would highly recommend

The staff here are amazing. Veronica and Jazmin are very welcoming. My daughter was so nervous and scared to come but after just a couple of minutes they made her feel very comfortable and at ease. They are very tentative and knowledgeable. Also Dr Nguyen and Ms Cherian were very nice. I do have to say that we are really sad that Jazmin is leaving the office and moving to a different location. Please bring her back it won't be the same without her.

Booked an appointment for immigration physical that was needed for my wife at this location. The physical already is expensive without having the full gambit of vaccinations needed. My wife lost her shot record so she took them all again to the tune of over 600.00 dollars. Next we get a phone call that she tested positive for a disease; well this particular disease is positive for anyone who has had a skin test. 88.00 more dollars for x-ray of chest. No disease detected. Great! But we did see something else, outside of what immigration wants. They seemed to have taken offense to me questioning them about the x-ray. Eventhough I helped my wife with the paperwork and went with her they made us come down to the office to sign a consent form. Wouldn't take her ok over the phone. I have been sitting here at the Dr's office for over 30 mins waiting to pick up the sealed envelope from the "dr". They said it would be ready 2hrs ago. Now I'm told it is being double checked. What have you to double check if the drs signed off on it? Very rude front office personnel. Only person worth their salt there is Maggie. Will never recommend or come back to these offices.

I’ve done my externship a month ago there it was a great experience specially Jazmin, Veronica were very helpful helping me out on continuing my career as a medical assistant everyone there is really nice and sweet. Thank you again Veronica and Jazmin!

Very unprofessional. My mom called for an appointment in January and got one in April which is no problem. The problem is they called her to confirm her appointment and made sure they accepted her insurance. Never did they tell her they only see people 65 and up, she's 60. It doesn't say it on the website either. She's been feeling sick and hasn't seen a doctor since she was waiting for her appointment. Aside from this, when she got there for her appointment they told her they couldn't accept her because she was from New York, NOT TRUE. Then they couldn't see her because of her age. I understand they have rules and policies but as a PROFESSIONAL clinic, they should check this when patients call to make their appointments and recheck when they call to confirm the appointment. This was very unfortunate. CLINIC IS ONLY 65 AND UP, please correct me if I'm wrong. Hope this helps others.

I had my physical done at this clinic last week and Maggie was really sweet and made me feel comfortable. On the other hand the doctor kind of had an attitude I believe her name Amanda, just because I didn’t bring glasses which I didn’t know that I had to bring them.

I was in therapy in that place due to a car accident, and personally I had a very good experience, the staff was very friendly, especially Jazmin, helped me a lot. I recommend the clinic
