This goes to show that a lot of the reviews are fake. No way this place could have a 5 star review. The absolute worst hotel I have ever seen. First room they showed me was so filthy I would not go in it. Second room, on the second floor of a three story building, had water dripping from the ceiling. Third room door would barely close and the adjoining room door was missing the door knob and had tissue stuffed in the hole. One star is too much. This place is a filthy crack den, sketchy people around, , toilet seat falling off, mold on walls, flies in room, stains on carpet, stains on wrinkled bed sheets, raggedy, sink clogged, holes in curtain, filth on sink and counters after being "cleaned". I was stuck because I evacuated due to storm. Wish I could post pictures. We had to go buy plastic to cover the beds they made and new sheets and blankets on top of that. Pool was green. Pictures on their website were probably from 50 years ago. Don't stay in this filthy disgusting place. The hotel manager sits in a locked room behind a glass barrier and when you need something they are not there. Charged a $100 damage deposit. That's a joke. Stay away from any OYO hotel they are all horrible!

Please do not come here unless it is the last resort. It is cheap for a reason. Our curtains had holes and random paint stains. Our bed and pillows had random stains. A few bed bugs appeared out of no where. One of the handles to the shower was off when we entered the room, and my boyfriend had to fix it himself. Tiles broken in bathroom floor and bathroom wall. Don't bring your kids here. Honestly don't come at all unless you are in desperate need. There is a security deposit which is $50-150, and sadly when we were checking in, we had to wait 20min for the man sitting in the back to come to check us in. There was noises 24/7

Unacceptable!! The room, the bathroom, the carpet, everything about this place was filthy. Cockroaches crawling, no bath towels, stain bedsheets, broken front door lock, hole in bathroom, leaking faucets, non working TV and more. 5 mins after I checked in, I went down to the office and was told by the housekeepers that the reception had left for the day therefore I could not change the room and that was around 5 pm. (I am quite sure he is the owner). We had to stay there because other motels were fully booked. I checked out the following morning and told the owner about all the problems and he said he didn’t know anything about them. What an excuse! It was really my fault that I didn’t read any reviews before I booked. I hope my review will help the next person to make the right decision NOT to stay at this place. I was very dissatisfied with the customer service and the quality of the rooms. The first time I stayed there the blankets had cigarette burns and stains. I was also overcharged for my room. The second time I attempted to stay there I booked a room online so I wouldn’t be overcharged and when I got there, the front desk worker said that they had no rooms available. When I explained that I booked a room earlier in the day he was very confrontational. He threatened to call the police when I asked if he would check my confirmation number. It seems like he was on drugs by his irrational and irritable he was. I do not recommend this motel to anyone.

It isn't sanitary... There are stained carpets, tub tiles are disgusting, the windows have holes/missing/replaced with wood, the doors aren't properly sealed, the shower heads leak, the rooms has a horrible smell, t.v is outdated, and they have bed bugs! Not recommended for anyone. And the Indian owners are cheap and they don't wash the linen properly!

Went to Jackson to drop my child of to university. Hilton canceled my reservation last min due to overbooking, everywhere I called had no beds; hence the reason I chose this hotel. It was so bad I literally cried for a good hour. The filth was one thing, rude receptionist was another, but the mold smell I had to endure was probably what pushed it over the top. I checked in around midnight and checked back out early in the morning. I now have a serious headache and clogged nose. Better off sleeping in your car or go back to the airport.

Worse night i have ever had #1 the bathroom was nasty there wasnt no towels and the bed didnt have no covers tv didnt work plugs in didnt work oh and the carpet was wet there was no phone in the room so i had to walk down stair for my towels and covers after all that i went down to the office and ask them for the wifi and the lady in the front desk told me that she didnt know it and that she couldnt fine it. I hated that night and my room was 318

The rooms are roach infested, I had to ask twice for a microwave before one was delivered. I was charged an extra $30 because I did not pay for my room at the exact time requested by Management. My booking advised I could pay anytime after 1pm. Management demanded money around 10 -11 am and advised me I was considered a stay over if I paid my rebooking fee after check out time at 11am. I went downstairs to began checking out and was temporarily locked out of my room until the extra fee was paid. My advice is to read the fee listing on their booking site. They will advise of fees not listed on their website.

The room was horrible no carpet, plug sockets didn't work they had a curtain on bed as cover sheets was nasty toilet wasn't flushing no TV refrigerator or microwave horrible smell

The rooms are half finished. They have roaches, the sink wasn't connected, the tub was stopped up. There was a curtain on the bed as a blanket. No Wi-Fi. Half of the night staff is on drugs. Then have the audacity to try and charge a pet fee!! This is where the homeless hang out!! You can't know what these rooms look like.

Didn’t even stay up it was 12 o’clock at night. There is at least 30 people outside hanging around no lights in the parking lot on either side. The back of the building was boarded up. It look like a gang hang out and there was a black gentleman and a white guy that looked like they were tweaked out the hotel manager I come down the stair the whole thing looks shady Did not feel comfortable there so we left

Had to walk through standing water in downstairs construction, room uninhabitable. Roaches everywhere. Did not stay. Dod not get a response for refund.

This hotel if filthy and discussing . The room has bed bugs, dirty and no towels, toilet pauper or sheet. I did ask the front desk person and gave me some. But when o laid in bed sheets where fort and bed bugs. This hotel should be closed Down

When checking in, they took a $50 security deposit. They said they would return it within a week, but they never returned it. Be careful

Room very dirty, no clean towels, and the hot water is not even working. The staff on duty including the manager are very nice and friendly.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at by farrrr. And I've stayed at some bad ones believe me but this place takes the cake. If I could put no stars I would but it won't let me. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. GO TO INN TOWN AND SUITES THEIR CHEAPER AND 200 TIMES BETTER THAN TGAT ROACH MOTEL

My girlfriend and I last minute needed a hotel room abs after searching a booking site we made a reservation and got a confirmation number and then drove to the spot. When we got there we were told there were no rooms and they refused to refund here money. The booking company shows that we were checked in to the hotel. So how were we checked in yet turned away without a refund at the same time? Where is our refund OYO?

The staff have poor manner and service sicked. Also, the rooms was nasty and had roaches. Plus of the rooms didn't have a refrigerator or microwave and tv's didn't work all that good plus cable didn't work right. I will never stay there again in life for real. I really don't see how they pass health inspections the hotel needs to be knock down period.

Walked in and I couldn’t believe my eyes. The absolute worst conditions imaginable. Blood spots on pillows sure sign of bed bugs. Not to mention the mattress laying on the ground a few doors down. The joining room had no knob on the door you could see straight into the other room. Picture just lay on the floor. Sheets had stains on them. I stood in complete shock that this place was still in business. Please skip this place!!!! I would rather sleep outside. We left and Demanded a full refund !!! They tried to give us a hard time about giving us our money but I wasn’t having none of that. We got a full refund thank god we paid in cash. Positive reviews are definitely FAKE. Zero stars if I could.

This hotel is very filthy(the bed/boxspring cover were dirty, the walls were sticky and dirty, the tub/shower area was also filthy), with a terrible odor, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while even the front desk area. People were hanging around that looked to be “nightwalkers and addicts” I didn't feel safe at all. The photos listed are NOTHING like what you see. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I paid for 3 days/nights and didn't stay 1 minute. They also have a no refund policy.

Raggedy Roach Motel. Nasty, dilapidated and should be shut down it's so nasty. Better try elsewhere the owner is a ride evil man who is offensive to the guest. A real jerk don't waste your money bc you'll be calling your bank to dispute the charges as they don't refund nasty ROACH FILLED ROOMS.

Poorest of the poor. Ive seen hourly rooms much cleanier than this place. No remotes in the room for the tvs. No bath towels, no shower curtains, fire hazards with the floor ac unit being exposed. Roaches run the place, all over the place. Disgusting place. Needs complete remodel done. No tissue in the bathrooms either. Horrible 0 stars

I don't see any bad services and as to the quality well the hotel is in process of remodeling all rooms and replacing any bad services and bad accommodations. As to service there is a down to home atmosphere and for security well there is but its so well hid as to not bring attention. I would recommend any future stayings for me and my family. Service always with a smile!

my stay at the Inns of usa was a happy one ,my family and I was staying here during the Christmas holidays . We didn't no anyone here , we was lonely and it was the Christmas holiday . Thanks to the owner and the people who works here , they treat us like we was one of the family .For Christmas they even got each one of their guess a Christmas gift and thank us for staying with them . They went way out of their way to make sure we was happy I would gladly tell people about this place and tell them to stay ,I know that my family will be coming back to stay again. The best part is the price on the room was great . So if you want to stay at a place that treat you like family then this is a place for you. I pray that each and everyone has a very bless day and God love you.

Horrible! Do not stay here! Def. not family friendly. Rude, trashy, and riddled with crime! Front desk clerk was asleep. I would have been better off sleeping in the parking lot with a sign on me- reading “ rob me “ You will probably get hep A, B, and C along with various upset respiratory infections. Please, do not stay here!

They get one star because I can't leave no stars. First room had a used condem on the bathroom floor, the lamp was off the wall and hanging by the wires, there was no blanket on the bed so we could clearly see the pre stains on the sheets. All in all I was mortified. Second room was much cleaner but smelled like skunk weed and the tv did not work. Good point is the manager was really trying to fix things for us.

Rooms are "Dirty Clean", which means that no matter how much you scrub and clean, it always looks dirty. Most of the guests are local drug kids renting by the night with their supplier only a couple of rooms around the corner. That's a joke, but from the outside that is what they look like. It also carries a constant and moldy, mildew smepl that will never go awAy. Front deal is rude and once they have your money, they don't care. I would never suggest staying here on your way into town. Motel 6 provides better hospitality and that's a stretch!

This place is pretty beat up. It’s dirty, some things don’t work, writing on the walls, etc. But I’m giving it 4 stars because the service was so great. The young man who helped me check in was so kind and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my stay. It’s cheap, good service, and you have a bed and roof over your head! What more do you need?

We paid for 2 rooms for 2 nights. We were told to leave while returning a phone left by housecleaning. Right after we were told that we should have been gone that morning despite checking that morning. The lights in the room didn't work and the whole room had water damage and you could tell by looking at the room they didn't do a lot of maintenance. The water never got even close to lukewarm. Would suggest going some where and staying the night such as outside since the thermostat also didn't work.
