Super fresh food, wonderful service!!! This small and super friendly restaurant is a can’t miss. Had the Camp 4 burrito with sausage and a splash of cowgirl datil pepper sauce and the chilaquiles with sausage, avocado and black beans (gluten and dairy free!). When Lori set them in front of us, the aroma made your mouth water. You could smell the fresh cilantro and the tang from the pickled jalapeños (which -added the perfect balance of heat). Balance of flavors was perfect. Jeff is a engaging chef who cooks with gusto and love. It shows in his food! Parking is on the west side of the building — with Murphs and Sweet Cupcakes.

Spicy chicken / slaw sandwich was very good. It’s not in a very obvious “pull in and try it out!” type of spot (West King and Pellicer) but i recommended trying it. We all liked our meals.

Great little spot. Stopped in for my first time and had the Asada Bowl. Solid little bite of food, I must say. Good choice of hot sauces for the dips. The staff was very personal and welcoming.

Small, cozy, and amazing food! The service is excellent too. The chicken biscuit probably would've been plenty to share between us, but I'm glad we got the carne asada bowl, too. We sat outside to eat, which was nice.

The BEST St Augustine breakfast you will have. My goodness, their sandwiches and biscuits are delicious. The quality and the excellence of how these are done is beyond. This is a MUST when coming to St Augustine 🫶🏼

My wife and I were in town recently for a mini vaca and wanted to find a nice place for breakfast. We always look for small, local places to eat and try to stay away from chains whenever possible. This is a very small establishment with limited seating, but it is well worth a visit. The service was exceptional and our breakfast was fresh and cooked to order. We will definitely be back on our next visit to St. Augustine.

A couple of months ago I stumbled upon The West Egg. Since then I go every weekend. The food is fantastic, and so fresh! I'm carb restricted so I get my breakfast with spring mix instead of bread. I have tasted the cheese grits though, and they're super yummy! It's very low key, and Jeff takes such good care of us. I love this place! 🥚🍳🥓🍅🥑

It was 6:54am on Saturday morning and I saw something pretty cool… I drove by and saw a baker in the shop get after it! In my head they were the owner putting the last bits of frosting on fresh batch of cinnamon rolls or making to first pot of coffee of the morning. Either way, I don’t know many people up before 7am on a Saturday and here she was already at work! RESPECT! Great lil breakfast place. Biscuits are delish! My husband had rhe shrimp and grits. Super yummy! Seats 5-7 people and worth the bit.

Great place for a FRESH breakfast. Everything is made to order and it was delicious. There are a few bar seats inside and 3 small tables outside.

Chilaquiles with sausage added and carne asada hash w/salsa on the side — fast and friendly service- fresh and delicious food! Highly recommend!

I find their 1-star reviews comical.. People really be complaining about the dumbest things.. Anyways, I’m so happy that I stumbled across this place! They have the best chicken biscuit I’ve ever had. The cold brew is also really good. Dont look any further, if you want great food thats priced right.. GO HERE!!
