I found the Ridley by mistake one night after driving around and loved how quiet it was at night. The next day I applied and got my first apartment there 5 days later, a beautiful third floor unit overlooking the lake. The unit was clean, well-designed, and well-maintained. Every guest I had over could not believe how nice the unit was (and that kitchen is to die for). For the next year and half I called the Ridley home and for the life of me cannot think of a single complaint. The management is TOP NOTCH, always responsive to emails, calls, and in person conversations. Maintenance is quick to respond, special shoutout to Miguel as he and his team always perform insanely speedy and professional repairs (not that I ever had to call them much, I think my A/C went out twice in that time span and it was fixed within an hour). The community itself is always being maintained by the employees, and improvements are consistently being made. The Ridley is a shining example of what an apartment complex SHOULD be. The only reason why I left is due to being relocated otherwise I would have continued to call the Ridley home. To the management team reading this, thank you for giving me such a special experience, and I wish you and your community the best of luck moving forward- please tell Miguel he is awesome.

They will call and have your car towed for no reason, but then its ok for cars to park in a driving path blocking traffic and not get towed. The office manager clearly has it out for residents that leave bad reviews. Tow company said it was the manager who called in the tow, yet other residents park in same spot and never towed. Or park in the middle of the road blocking traffic. Same red mustang is always parked in the middle of the road and NEVER towed. Be careful leaving negative reviews if youre still living here, the office management will target you

Absolutely ridiculous. I was told upon applying that the administration fee will be refunded if denied for any reason and then turned around to be told completely different that you don’t get refunded. Don’t apply here. They do not give back the administration fee and I just paid $325 for absolutely nothing in return. Dayana was the best person here but Amanda fed the wrong information. Based on a lie. I will not be applying again here. I’ve never had to put an admin fee down on top of application fees just to be denied and receive zero refund. Don’t waste your time or money they just want your money Olivia doesn’t mind keeping your money

Been here almost 4 years, since the very beginning when they started leasing the apartments. The apartments are all great quality and the amenities are top notch. Every time I invite friends to the pool, they say they feel like they’re at a resort pool in the Carribean. I’m proud to invite people over to cookout by the barbecue area and the pool. I’ve also lived at the Town Center at The Uptown and I much prefer to live here than over there. I’ve seen three or four different sets of managers and various front office staff over the years. Some were good and some were bad. The current front office staff is great and always helps me and they’re very friendly. Especially Olivia, she’s so sweet and always wants to help. The maintenance guys are worth 5 stars on their own. Miguel and Ivan always get everything done quickly, with a smile on their face, with great conversation, and a respect for my home and its contents. They always ask to go into any rooms, ask to touch any objects, and always help with any issues. They’re so kindhearted and friendly. I would absolutely trust them to come into my apartment when I wasn’t home, but I tend to ask them to come when I’m there because I enjoy chatting with them. Seriously, we love this community so much that we’ve signed three leases and have referred 3 people to come live with us in here. Come join The Ridley community!

My son and I recently signed our third lease with the Ridley and couldn’t be happier! Everyone from the maintenance staff to the the office personnel are just amazing! We have adopted them all and added them to our family. We feel completely blessed to be here.

Such an amazing place with such great staff! A big thank you to the men who handle maintenance Ivan and Miguel they are super super helpful whenever there is an issue and not to mention they are hilarious and so kind. The office is also great they are always on top of everything! I have had a couple issues with the ac but that is taken care of immediately after I addressed the issue and Olivia in the office is great and has been super helpful. This place is also great for dogs there is a lot of walking space for my dog and the pool is great as well! I am very happy here

My compressor went out for my A/C unit, Miguel and Ivan had it back running in less than an hour! Very professional and quick! Thank you

I’d like to say what a real pleasure it was to work with Oliveea Ritsy-Martinez at The Ridley apartments. She was so pleasant and very professional. I couldn’t have ask for better. She went above and beyond to help me with everything. She was as happy and excited for me as I was when I got my apartment. I would highly recommend seeking her out if you’re looking to make The Ridley your future home. She is a real asset to this company. It’s a great place to live. The apartments are beautiful, well maintained and it’s a nice quiet place. I think that me my fur babies and I are going to be very happy here.

This is a wonderful apartment complex. Great location, great management and the MAINTENANCE!! The maintenance here is top notch and Miguel has been able to resolve any maintenance request we submit. This man is an absolute rockstar. The location is great as well, I work remotely and such a comfortable apartment to work from home in. If you would like a comfortable atmosphere and superb management and maintenance, do yourself a favor and apply to the Ridley!

Absolutely love living at the Ridley!! The office staff are incredible and always super eager to help you out and answer any questions! The maintenance staff are also great at keeping the complex looking nice and neat!!!

The staff here at the Ridley are absolutely amazing. The property manager Jolune is great at what she does. The assistant manager, Mr. Trey Roberts is very professional and always so stylish, I love coming into his office. The leasing manager Oliveea is hands down the best at what she does, she's always so helpful and friendly. Ms.Tia keeps me laughing and she's great with my kids! Overall, the staff is PHENOMENAL and very attentive. Moving to The Ridley was a great decision.

Great experience for two years. Customer service and maintenance is both friendly and efficient. Quick to help. If i wasn’t moving out or state i would stayed longer

Everything is looking good but 2 things; 1: please don’t up my rent for the 3rd time in a row ( it’s tough out here inflation needs to drop ) 2: invest in a sauna for that gym please and thank you. 5 stars
