I drive from Jacksonville to St. Augustine just to visit The Vault & Co. They provide excellent customer service. Always greeted with a smile when I enter. Bryan always has a great selection of coins and other unique collectable peices. Anytime my husband and I have a little spare money to invest, we go straight to The Vault!! I've also utilized the shipping offered for online and auction peices. Very safe and secured shipping. I recommend The Vault to all my family and friends. I traded some of my designer LV bags for store credit and let me just say that picking one thing there is really hard because everything they have is so beautiful and great priced. We will be lifetime customers and buy all our jewelry and designer bags from Bryan. Such a great shopping experience. I would give the store 1000 stars if I could. Incredible people! I came in while facing a very emotional challenge and was met first by Margie with an overwhelming amount of compassion. Far above and beyond what anyone would expect. Then, Bryan continued to exceed my expectations when he gave me the real property value of my engagement ring, which is what I asked him for, but also spent significant time equipping me with the knowledge of why the amount was what it was. The amount of time and energy they invested in me knowing there was no monetary gain to be had truly speaks to their impecable character. I was told I could purchase an item at a price and then was basically ignored and not even communicated with do to being where I’m from. This company you can clearly see through reviews has no respect for clients and customers that have a certain look to them.Who are these people to judge where and how someone is brought up or WHERE THEY COME FROM. Everyone is equal and should be treated equally. This is a great store, many unique item's fairly priced. Staff is very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable about products. Would recommend for the upcoming holiday season to find that special gift.
