When I go on Wednesdays the attendant is the rudest person I've ever encountered. I avoid Wednesdays now. Nina is the best. Not sure what the other person's name is and I don't care to know. She needs a class on customer service.

All we had in our trailer was a metal door with nine glass panels, and a glass storm door. The lady told us because of the glass we had to take our two doors up to the top of trash mountain. He was 450 ft high, on a one-way road, in deep sand where we thought we were going to get stuck at any moment. First you had to drive through around 250 to 300 full grown ball the eagles all fighting over yucky trash. The road up to trash mountain is one way, and it's on the edge of the mountain so that any wrong move means that you're going to go over the edge of trash mountain. I can't believe that they would send a residential non-four-wheel drive, non-semitruck up to the top of trash mountain. My wife found never to go to this place again. Apparently, we have to have a dumpster service at our house cuz God forbid what the lady at the trailers going to tell you to do like, you have to drive up to the top of trash mountain. Terrible, terrible, terrible!

The Lady in charge is always so cheerful and helpful. Thank you Neena! All city employees should be this friendly.

Great place. It’s very clean for a dump station. And the employees are kind & wonderful every time I go there. Love Putnam County!!

Stay away I got a nail in my tire the last 2 times I've been here. I'll never be back.

Staff very friendly and helpful my first time visiting this location and was worried it would be a hassle . To my delighted surprise that was not the case !

Always nice friendly staff. Never any issues disposing of any material. Had to pay for disposal of building materials once but was worth the money. Limited number of tires

There is never a hassle when I make a deposit. Customers are quite inconsiderate on occasion when they think no one will show up in the hour they're taking to unload while also blocking other garbage bins. Courtesy goes a long way.....especially with this scamdemic in an election year.
