Had very good experience. I was having bad symptoms for a kidney infection and I checked in online and was saw right away. They took my concerns serious and helped me. Everyone was so nice, the front desk clerk was sweet and very helpful when I was having issues with my insurance and she explained to me what was going on. The young lady who did my triage and shots was very sweet and professional and so was Mrs. Woodall APRN . I would definitely recommend!

Nurse came in and handed me a doctor’s note before speaking with doctor, I had to ask to speak with the doctor regarding my test results because they were not going to tell me apparently before releasing me, I’ve been here several times before and I got better service than what I received today. There was no one at front desk, they have you checking in on a pad, me being young I understand how to use it but id feel bad for the older people because I didn’t receive any help upfront!

The front desk clerk who checked me in, the medical assistant who did my vitals and gave me shots, and the nurse practitioner were very friendly and listened to my concern of my health problem. They took care of me and I’m praying I heal fast! This is my first time going and I was very pleased with how clean the whole place is. I’m so glad we have an urgent care here in my town so I don’t have to drive to my doctors in Fleming Island. Thank you!

We waited close to 4 hours to come in for the appointment. But we waited at home so that was good. We got the call to come in and waited 2 1/2 hours in the lobby. Which was ridiculous. But they staff and treatment was excellent. I think if they had a actually person checking people in. It would be 5 stars.

Awesome friendly service. Was ver impressed with the staff and Dr Hellman. Wish I had got the funny sweet nurse’s name. Over all if I get sick again I will go back there

Awesome staff, very friendly and professional. The only thing im not a huge fan of is the automated check in system and the automated phone system. If you have issues it can be a little hard to get help. But once you are in they are great!

This place is a 10/10! All the staff are so sweet and attentive. They fixed my issue & we’re so happy to do it. They made me feel really safe and cared for. The NP and MA’s that I saw were very informative and knew what they were doing. They are bringing great care to our small town! Highly recommend!!!!!

I have been there twice for cold/flu like symptoms. The online registration is quick and easy. So is your check in on arrival. The staff have been very nice and friendly. Both times I was treated quickly and efficiently. I will definitely continue to use them for future ailments.
