Great coffee shop and breakfast spot very close to the beach. The people working there were very friendly and there was ample seating inside and out. Great place to work or catch up with someone

Excellent little place for coffee, breakfast, snacks, or lunch/dinner at the beach! The decor is whimsy and fun-very beachy- and the food was delicious! We had a breakfast pita and a lox bagel and loved both. They have tons of sauces (some local) for you to use/try. Also there are books and games to pass time. Parking is constrained but there are some street parallel spots. Nice walking distance to the beach also.

This was my first but surly not my last time visiting this wonder coffee spot on the beach. Walking in it feels exactly like it name. So breezy calming and welcoming. They have an outside sitting area which is cute and the staff are lovely and are so inattentive. I had there iced red eye as well as the lox bagel being an old New Yorker I was skeptical of the lox bagel. Yet once I got it it was everything you want in the lox bagel. Perfect amount of salmon cream cheese and the cucumber is so refreshing. The red eye was the perfect. If you want to chill and grab a coffee or need to rush and grab a coffee at the beach then start bucks should not be the place you go to. Breezy is where you wanna go. Trust me I know coffee. If you want coffee at the beach this is the place you need to be.

Stopped by here on my bike because it said breakfast. Excellent cold brew *house* style, Not to sweet with some dark chocolate. Also got the bacon egg and cheese pita with sriracha. Totally excellent, exactly what it sounded like. Lovely staff. Highly recommend for a quick bite.

Breezy is a must have TREAT! So happy to find this local gem! Pass all the Starbucks and support this JAX beach coffee shop. Home brewed tropical tea blend 😋 and LOX bagel are a MUST TRY!

Normally I tried to give good reviews and always look for positive things on places but unfortunately we were so disappointed with everything we order stating with the so called coffee that really was just warm milk with barely any coffee flavor at all and we ordered with espresso coffee but all we got was a coffee from a plastic jar more like water than we ordered two bagels, one with the lox but all we got just some cream cheese mix with cucumbers not sure where the lox went and I'm not kidding 😂 the other bagel was just with cream cheese, same barely any. For sure almost $ 20 dollars wasted probably the coffee is better at any convenience store and you can get a better bagel n lox at Publix real big bagels no the Little thing we got. If you wanna a real coffee for your nice morning on vacation this is not the place to waste your money and vacation time . 😠 One good thing, the lady at the register was or tried to be friendly.

Nancy is an absolute doll. She makes the worlds best iced coffee and baked treats. Her staff and coffee shop brighten our day each time we go!

Cute little spot. No frills, just the basics. Their house iced coffee is the way to go , has Carmel, coconut and mocha. It was cheap and quick.

Great coffee! Bonus, the owner is very welcoming and sweet to talk to. It’s a friendly neighborhood place where everyone knows everyone. Well, if they don’t, the owner makes sure you feel like it :)

This is the best spot at the beach for coffee and good homie feeling good. No other compares to the homie beach vibe. I get Iced boozy blends all the time. Best day starter in my opinion.

Do you want to rent a beach-side front room for the cost of a cup of coffee? This is your spot. Come on Thursday mornings and I'll teach you how to play battleship. It's the kind of place you can walk in barefoot and be accepted. Nancy is steady with the jams. They would be wise to stay open a bit later so we could crush some post-surf beers for christ's sake!! Give the people more of what they love!

Thoroughly enjoy supporting local businesses! I love this charming coffee house, I'll scoop up a coffee here if I don't have time to brew at home! The deserts are yummy too!

Beautiful place, I loved the decoration, very quiet. A very tasty coffee accompanied by delicious cookies. The lady who serves is very kind.

Breezy is such a lovely little coffee shop. This is a true local hangout. There are friendly faces everywhere inside. It feels like the place to pull out your newspaper, grab a cup of coffee and a slice of homemade coffee cake and enjoy your morning!

First and foremost, the breezy bread is out of this world. The location is great too, we love to order a coffee , breakfast pita and chill out front or in the back patio and then go walk the beach. We always end up making the best small talk with random people here. Recently noticed they do a thing where if you go to the beach and collect a bucket of trash in one of their pails and bring it back you get a free coffee, I think this is THE coolest thing!

Stopped here after reading positive reviews. I was impressed. Friendly staff, laid back and chill atmosphere. I got a Lox Bagel on an everything bagel. It was very good, creamy salmon spread, fresh tomatoes and cucumbers. It was so good, that I forgot to take a picture of it before I ate all of it. Sorry! We also got a few house style iced coffees and a regular iced coffee. Everything was good and service was fast. We will be coming back!
